INTRODUCTION

1.1 Welcome

Welcome to Find My Sponsor (“Platform”), an AI-powered digital marketplace designed to connect individuals, businesses, organisations and communities seeking sponsorship with sponsors willing to provide financial assistance, products, services, mentoring, opportunities or other forms of support.

Find My Sponsor provides technology that enables users to discover opportunities, publish sponsorship requests or sponsorship offers, communicate with one another, and build trusted relationships through identity verification, reputation systems, artificial intelligence and community moderation.

The Platform is intended to reduce fraud, improve transparency and simplify sponsorship discovery through modern digital technologies.

1.2 Platform Operator

The Platform is owned and operated by NonPlus Sdn Bhd

Throughout these Terms,

  • “Find My Sponsor”

  • “Company”

  • “we”

  • “our”

  • “us”

refer to the legal entity above.

1.3 Purpose of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern every aspect of your access to and use of the Platform including but not limited to

  • creating an account

  • verifying your identity

  • creating a profile

  • publishing Needs

  • publishing Offers

  • discovering other users

  • AI-powered recommendations

  • messaging

  • sponsorship requests

  • subscriptions

  • premium features

  • digital purchases

  • moderation

  • reporting

  • appeals

  • trust scoring

  • badges

  • future platform services

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Find My Sponsor.

1.4 Scope

These Terms apply to

  • iOS application

  • Android application

  • Web application

  • Website

  • Admin Portal

  • APIs

  • Customer Support

  • Future Platform Services

  • Any related software released by Find My Sponsor

Where there is inconsistency between documents, these Terms shall prevail unless another document expressly states otherwise.

1.6 Nature of the Platform

Find My Sponsor is a technology platform.

The Platform enables users to discover sponsorship opportunities and communicate with one another.

Unless expressly stated otherwise,

Find My Sponsor

  • is not a charity

  • is not a crowdfunding platform

  • is not a financial institution

  • is not an escrow provider

  • is not an investment platform

  • is not a lending platform

  • is not an insurance provider

  • is not an employment agency

  • is not a university

  • is not a medical institution

  • is not acting as an agent of any user

The Company provides software only.

Any sponsorship arrangement exists solely between participating users.

1.7 No Guarantee

Find My Sponsor does not guarantee

  • that sponsorship will be received

  • that sponsorship will be accepted

  • that users will respond

  • that a profile is genuine solely because it is verified

  • that AI recommendations are accurate

  • that a sponsorship arrangement will be completed

  • that users will fulfil promises

  • that documents uploaded by users are truthful

  • that products or services described by users exist

  • that opportunities remain available after publication

Users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any sponsorship arrangement.

1.8 Platform Principles

The Platform is built around the following principles:

Trust

Every user should be identifiable and accountable for their activity.

Transparency

Users should understand how sponsorship opportunities are presented and matched.

Safety

The Platform prioritises user safety through verification, moderation, reporting and community standards.

Fairness

All users should have equal access to opportunities without unlawful discrimination.

Privacy

Users should have meaningful control over their personal information and profile visibility.

Responsibility

Every user remains responsible for their own actions, communications and decisions.

1.9 Future Features

The Platform will continue to evolve.

Find My Sponsor may introduce new services including but not limited to

  • integrated sponsorship payments

  • escrow

  • digital wallets

  • Sponsor Coins

  • business sponsorship programs

  • verified organisations

  • AI assistants

  • enterprise sponsorship portals

  • educational partnerships

  • charity integrations

  • government partnerships

  • event sponsorship

  • mentoring services

  • marketplace services

Additional terms may apply to future services.

1.10 Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have:

  • read these Terms;

  • understood these Terms;

  • agreed to be legally bound by these Terms;

  • agreed to comply with all applicable laws;

  • agreed to comply with all related Platform policies.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform.

ARTICLE 2

DEFINITIONS

2.1 Purpose

The definitions contained in this Article apply throughout these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Trust & Safety Policy, AI Transparency Policy, Identity Verification Policy, Subscription & Refund Policy and any other policy published by Find My Sponsor, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2.2 Defined Terms

Account

A registered user account created on the Platform which allows access to Platform Services.

Each Account represents one natural person unless Find My Sponsor expressly permits an organisational or business account.

Active User

A User who has logged into the Platform or performed meaningful activity during a period determined by Find My Sponsor.

Administrator

An employee, contractor or authorised representative of Find My Sponsor who has been granted administrative privileges for operating, maintaining, moderating or supporting the Platform.

AI

Artificial Intelligence, machine learning models, automated decision-support systems, natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems or other computational techniques used by the Platform.

AI Recommendation

A suggestion, ranking, prediction, match, summary or other output generated wholly or partially through AI systems.

An AI Recommendation is informational only and does not constitute professional advice, endorsement or a guarantee.

Appeal

A formal request submitted by a User asking Find My Sponsor to review a moderation decision, Trust Score decision, verification outcome, suspension, removal of content or other Platform action.

Badge

A digital recognition awarded by Find My Sponsor to acknowledge milestones, achievements, verification status, community participation or other Platform-defined criteria.

Badges are informational only and do not constitute legal certification, professional accreditation, government approval or endorsement.

Block

A feature allowing one User to prevent another User from interacting with or contacting them through the Platform.

Business Day

Any day other than Saturday, Sunday or an official public holiday in the jurisdiction determined by Find My Sponsor.

Category

A classification assigned to a Need or Offer including but not limited to:

  • Education

  • Medical Support

  • Business / Startup

  • Youth Development

  • Creative Equipment

  • Travel

  • Cash Support

  • Electronics & Gadgets

and any future categories introduced by the Platform.

Chat

The messaging functionality provided through the Platform allowing Users to communicate.

Community Guidelines

The published behavioural standards governing acceptable conduct on the Platform.

Company

The legal entity operating Find My Sponsor.

Content

Any information submitted, uploaded, transmitted or otherwise made available through the Platform including

  • text

  • photographs

  • videos

  • documents

  • messages

  • comments

  • profile information

  • logos

  • graphics

  • audio

  • links

  • metadata

Creator

A User who publishes a Need, Offer, Success Story or other publicly visible Content.

Data

Any information processed by the Platform including Personal Data and non-personal technical information.

Device

Any smartphone, tablet, computer, wearable device or other electronic equipment capable of accessing the Platform.

Digital Features

Paid or free Platform functionality including

  • Boosts

  • Premium Membership

  • Sponsor Pro

  • AI Features

  • Additional Visibility

  • Future Subscription Features

Guardian

A parent, legal guardian or other person legally authorised to act on behalf of a Minor.

Identity Verification

The process by which Find My Sponsor attempts to verify a User’s identity using documentation, facial verification, liveness checks or other verification technologies.

Identity Verification confirms only that defined verification steps have been completed and does not guarantee honesty, financial capacity, safety or future conduct.

Match

A recommendation generated by the Platform indicating that a Need and an Offer, or two Users, appear compatible according to Platform criteria.

A Match does not create any contractual obligation.

Minor

A User below eighteen (18) years of age, or any other age defined as a minor under applicable law.

Where local law requires parental or guardian consent, the Platform may request such consent before allowing access to certain features.

Need

A request published by a Seeker describing sponsorship, assistance, goods, services or opportunities sought through the Platform.

Offer

A sponsorship opportunity published by a Sponsor describing financial assistance, products, services, mentoring or other support that may be provided.

Personal Data

Information relating to an identified or identifiable individual as defined under applicable privacy laws.

Platform

The Find My Sponsor ecosystem including

  • Mobile Applications

  • Website

  • Web Portal

  • APIs

  • Admin Portal

  • AI Services

  • Messaging Services

  • Future Platform Services

Platform Services

Any functionality made available by Find My Sponsor including

  • Registration

  • Authentication

  • Matching

  • Messaging

  • Verification

  • Reporting

  • Moderation

  • Premium Features

  • Analytics

  • Notifications

Post

Any publicly visible Need, Offer, Success Story, Announcement or similar content published by a User.

Profile

A User’s publicly or privately visible identity within the Platform including selected profile fields, biography, preferences, badges and reputation indicators.

Profile Completeness

A Platform-generated percentage indicating how much recommended profile information has been completed.

Profile Completeness is intended to encourage stronger profiles and is separate from Trust Score.

Report

A complaint submitted by a User regarding another User, Post, Message or other Platform activity.

Seeker

A User who seeks sponsorship, assistance, products, services, mentoring or other support.

Sponsor

A User willing to provide sponsorship, assistance, products, services, mentoring or other support.

Sponsorship

Any lawful provision of money, products, services, mentoring, opportunities or assistance voluntarily provided by a Sponsor.

Sponsorship Arrangement

Any agreement or understanding reached directly between Users regarding Sponsorship.

Find My Sponsor is not a party to such arrangements unless expressly stated otherwise.

Success Story

Content voluntarily published by Users describing the outcome of a Sponsorship Arrangement.

Success Stories may be moderated or verified before publication.

Trust Framework

The collective trust ecosystem operated by Find My Sponsor consisting of:

  • Identity Verification

  • Trust Score

  • Profile Completeness

  • Badges

  • Reputation Indicators

  • Community Reports

  • AI Risk Analysis

  • Human Moderation

  • Appeals

  • Safety Systems

The Trust Framework is intended to improve transparency and reduce fraud but does not guarantee the conduct or reliability of any User.

Trust Score

A proprietary Platform-generated indicator intended to reflect the relative trustworthiness of a User based on multiple behavioural, verification and safety factors.

The methodology is confidential and may change without notice.

A Trust Score is informational only and should not be relied upon as proof of honesty, financial capability or suitability.

User

Any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.

User Content

Any Content created, uploaded, transmitted or otherwise made available by a User.

Verification Badge

A visual indicator showing that a User has completed one or more verification processes defined by Find My Sponsor.

A Verification Badge does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.

2.3 Interpretation

Unless the context otherwise requires:

  • references to legislation include amendments and successor legislation;

  • headings are for convenience only;

  • the words “including”, “such as”, and similar expressions are illustrative and not exhaustive;

  • references to a person include individuals, companies, partnerships, charities and other legal entities where applicable;

  • references to writing include electronic communications unless prohibited by law.

2.4 Reserved Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to introduce additional defined terms, modify existing definitions or retire obsolete definitions as the Platform evolves.

Material changes to definitions that significantly affect User rights or obligations will be communicated in accordance with Article 41 (Amendments).

ARTICLE 3

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

3.1 Legal Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and NonPlus Sdn Bhd, the owner and operator of Find My Sponsor (“Company”, “Find My Sponsor”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing, downloading, installing, registering for, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating or using an Account.

3.2 Methods of Acceptance

You are deemed to have accepted these Terms when you:

  • create an Account;

  • sign in using Google, Apple, Facebook, or any other authentication provider;

  • verify your email address or telephone number;

  • complete identity verification;

  • browse or use the Platform after accepting these Terms;

  • purchase any Digital Feature;

  • subscribe to any premium service;

  • publish a Need or Offer;

  • communicate with another User through the Platform;

  • continue using the Platform after revised Terms become effective.

Electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature where permitted by applicable law.

3.3 Continuous Acceptance

Your agreement to these Terms is ongoing.

Each time you:

  • log into the Platform;

  • publish content;

  • interact with another User;

  • purchase a Digital Feature;

  • use an AI-powered feature;

  • update your profile;

  • access new functionality;

you reaffirm your acceptance of the latest version of these Terms.

3.4 Incorporated Policies

The following policies form an integral part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Cookie Policy

  • Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

  • Any additional policies or feature-specific terms published by Find My Sponsor

By accepting these Terms, you also agree to comply with all incorporated policies.

3.5 Additional Terms for Specific Features

Certain Platform features may require additional agreements.

Examples include:

  • premium subscriptions;

  • Boosts;

  • Sponsor Pro;

  • future payment services;

  • future escrow services;

  • API access;

  • business or organisational accounts;

  • promotional campaigns;

  • beta features;

  • early access programmes;

  • verified organisations;

  • educational partnerships;

  • enterprise services.

Where additional terms apply, they supplement these Terms.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and feature-specific terms, the feature-specific terms govern only that feature unless otherwise stated.

3.6 Updates to the Terms

Find My Sponsor may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • new Platform functionality;

  • legal or regulatory requirements;

  • improvements to safety or security;

  • changes to business operations;

  • changes to third-party service providers;

  • introduction of new AI capabilities;

  • introduction of payment or financial features;

  • expansion into new countries;

  • operational improvements.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

3.7 Notification of Material Changes

Where we make material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we may notify you through one or more of the following methods:

  • an in-app notification;

  • email;

  • push notification;

  • website notice;

  • login screen notification;

  • a request to review and re-accept the updated Terms.

Minor editorial, formatting, or administrative changes may be made without individual notice.

3.8 Continued Use After Changes

If you continue using the Platform after revised Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must:

  • stop using the Platform;

  • discontinue any active subscriptions in accordance with the applicable cancellation process; and

  • request account deletion if you no longer wish us to retain your account, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

3.9 Severability of Acceptance

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by law to achieve its intended purpose.

The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

3.10 No Waiver

Failure by Find My Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute:

  • a waiver of that provision;

  • a waiver of any future breach; or

  • a waiver of any other right available under these Terms or applicable law.

Any waiver must be made expressly in writing by an authorised representative of Find My Sponsor.

3.11 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with all incorporated policies and any additional feature-specific agreements accepted by you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Find My Sponsor regarding your use of the Platform.

They supersede all previous:

  • discussions;

  • proposals;

  • representations;

  • understandings;

  • agreements;

  • communications;

whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

3.12 Language

The governing version of these Terms is the English language version.

Translations may be provided solely for convenience.

If there is any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

3.13 Electronic Communications

You consent to receiving legally required communications electronically, including:

  • notices relating to these Terms;

  • account notifications;

  • policy updates;

  • security alerts;

  • verification requests;

  • moderation decisions;

  • subscription confirmations;

  • invoices and receipts, where applicable.

Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, except where prohibited by applicable law.

3.14 Reservation of Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits Find My Sponsor’s right to:

  • improve or modify the Platform;

  • introduce or remove features;

  • suspend or discontinue services;

  • comply with legal or regulatory obligations;

  • investigate misuse;

  • enforce these Terms;

  • protect the safety, security, and integrity of the Platform and its Users.

The Company retains all rights not expressly granted to Users under these Terms.

3.15 Survival

The following provisions shall survive termination of your Account or these Terms to the extent necessary to give them effect:

  • Intellectual Property

  • User Content Licence

  • Privacy obligations

  • Confidentiality obligations

  • Disclaimers

  • Limitation of Liability

  • Indemnity

  • Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law

  • Record Retention

  • Fraud Investigations

  • Outstanding Payment Obligations

  • Any provision that by its nature is intended to survive termination.

ARTICLE 4

ELIGIBILITY

4.1 Eligibility to Use the Platform

Access to and use of Find My Sponsor is available only to individuals who satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

By creating an Account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you:

  • are legally permitted to use the Platform under the laws applicable to you;

  • meet the minimum age requirements specified in these Terms;

  • have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or have obtained all legally required permissions to do so;

  • are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law, court order or regulatory restriction;

  • are using the Platform for lawful purposes only;

  • will comply with these Terms and all applicable Platform Policies.

Find My Sponsor may request information or documentation at any time to verify your eligibility.

4.2 Minimum Age

The minimum age to create or use a Find My Sponsor Account is:

Fourteen (14) years old.

Users below the age of fourteen (14) are strictly prohibited from:

  • creating an Account;

  • accessing registered features;

  • publishing Needs or Offers;

  • communicating with Users;

  • purchasing Digital Features;

  • completing identity verification.

If Find My Sponsor becomes aware that an Account belongs to a person below fourteen (14) years of age, we may immediately:

  • suspend the Account;

  • remove published Content;

  • delete the Account;

  • request proof of age;

  • notify a parent or legal guardian where appropriate;

  • retain limited information where legally required for safety or compliance.

4.3 Users Aged 14 to 17

Because Find My Sponsor is available globally, additional requirements apply to Users between the ages of fourteen (14) and seventeen (17).

Depending on your country of residence or applicable law, you may be required to obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using certain Platform features.

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • request confirmation of parental or guardian consent;

  • request supporting documentation where reasonably necessary;

  • limit access to certain features;

  • apply additional privacy protections;

  • apply additional safety controls;

  • restrict visibility of certain profile information;

  • require additional verification before interacting with adult Users.

Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or limitation of the Account.

4.4 Parent and Guardian Responsibility

Where parental or guardian consent is required, the parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that they:

  • have legal authority to provide such consent;

  • have reviewed these Terms;

  • understand the nature of the Platform;

  • understand that Find My Sponsor facilitates introductions between Users but does not supervise individual interactions;

  • accept responsibility for supervising the Minor’s use of the Platform to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers parental responsibility to Find My Sponsor.

4.5 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

If you are not legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law, you may only use the Platform where legally permitted and with any required authorisations.

Find My Sponsor may refuse access where we reasonably believe that a User lacks the necessary legal capacity.

4.6 Country Restrictions

Although Find My Sponsor is intended to be available globally, certain features or services may not be available in every country or jurisdiction.

Access may be restricted due to:

  • local laws;

  • sanctions;

  • export controls;

  • licensing requirements;

  • regulatory obligations;

  • safety concerns;

  • technical limitations.

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to restrict or disable access in any jurisdiction where operation of the Platform is unlawful or commercially impracticable.

4.7 Compliance with Local Laws

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

This includes, where applicable:

  • age requirements;

  • consumer protection laws;

  • privacy laws;

  • advertising laws;

  • charity regulations;

  • fundraising regulations;

  • tax obligations;

  • employment restrictions;

  • sanctions;

  • export controls.

Find My Sponsor does not warrant that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in every jurisdiction.

4.8 One Person, One Genuine Identity

Unless expressly authorised in writing by Find My Sponsor, each natural person may maintain only one personal Account.

Users must not:

  • create multiple personal Accounts to gain an unfair advantage;

  • impersonate another individual;

  • register using false information;

  • purchase or sell Accounts;

  • share Accounts;

  • allow another person to use their Account;

  • circumvent a suspension or ban by creating another Account.

Find My Sponsor may merge, suspend or permanently terminate duplicate or fraudulent Accounts.

4.9 Organisational Accounts

Find My Sponsor may, in the future, permit verified organisations, educational institutions, charities, businesses or government entities to create organisational Accounts.

Where such Accounts are permitted:

  • the organisation must have legal authority to create the Account;

  • the representative must be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation;

  • additional verification may be required;

  • supplementary terms may apply.

Until officially introduced, all Accounts are personal Accounts unless otherwise approved by Find My Sponsor.

4.10 Accurate Information

Users must provide information that is:

  • true;

  • accurate;

  • complete;

  • current;

  • not misleading.

Users must promptly update material information including:

  • name;

  • email address;

  • telephone number;

  • country of residence;

  • profile details;

  • identity-verification information where applicable.

Providing false or misleading information may result in:

  • verification failure;

  • reduced Trust Score;

  • removal of Content;

  • Account suspension;

  • permanent Account termination.

4.11 Restricted Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from using the Platform:

  • persons below the minimum age;

  • persons using stolen or fraudulent identities;

  • persons permanently banned by Find My Sponsor;

  • persons acting on behalf of banned individuals;

  • persons prohibited by applicable sanctions or trade restrictions;

  • persons using the Platform for unlawful purposes;

  • automated bots or scripts not authorised by Find My Sponsor.

Find My Sponsor may require additional verification where there is reasonable suspicion that a User falls within any restricted category.

4.12 Professional and Business Capacity

Unless expressly verified by Find My Sponsor, Users must not represent themselves as:

  • government officials;

  • licensed charities;

  • registered non-governmental organisations;

  • educational institutions;

  • medical professionals;

  • financial advisers;

  • lawyers;

  • accountants;

  • investment advisers;

  • authorised representatives of another person or organisation.

Users remain solely responsible for any representations made through their Profiles or Posts.

4.13 Eligibility Verification

Find My Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time through:

  • identity verification;

  • age verification;

  • email verification;

  • telephone verification;

  • document review;

  • AI-assisted fraud detection;

  • manual review;

  • third-party data validation where legally permitted.

Verification may be repeated periodically or whenever reasonably necessary.

Completion of verification at one point in time does not guarantee ongoing eligibility.

4.14 Suspension Pending Verification

Where Find My Sponsor is unable to reasonably verify a User’s eligibility, we may temporarily:

  • suspend the Account;

  • disable messaging;

  • prevent publication of Posts;

  • remove public visibility;

  • restrict Digital Features;

  • require additional documentation.

Restrictions will generally remain in place until verification is completed or the Account is otherwise resolved.

4.15 User Representations and Warranties

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • all eligibility statements made by you are true;

  • you are legally entitled to use the Platform;

  • you are not impersonating another person;

  • you are acting in good faith;

  • you will not use the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purposes;

  • you will promptly notify Find My Sponsor if any information affecting your eligibility becomes inaccurate.

Find My Sponsor may rely on these representations when providing Platform Services.

4.16 Reservation of Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to:

  • refuse registration;

  • reject an application;

  • require additional verification;

  • suspend or terminate an Account;

  • restrict access to specific features;

  • impose additional eligibility requirements for particular services or jurisdictions.

Such actions may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect the safety, integrity and lawful operation of the Platform.

ARTICLE 5

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, AUTHENTICATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

5.1 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the Platform, a User must create a registered Account.

Registration allows a User to:

  • create a personal profile;

  • complete identity verification;

  • publish Needs and Offers;

  • discover and interact with other Users;

  • receive AI-powered recommendations;

  • participate in chats;

  • purchase Digital Features;

  • receive notifications;

  • build Trust Score and Platform reputation.

5.2 Registration Methods

Find My Sponsor supports multiple authentication methods to provide a secure and convenient registration experience.

At launch, Users may register using:

  • Google Sign-In;

  • Apple Sign-In;

  • Facebook Login;

  • Email authentication (if enabled);

  • Mobile number verification (if enabled).

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend or remove authentication methods at any time.

5.3 Authentication Provider

Authentication services are provided through Clerk or any successor authentication provider selected by Find My Sponsor.

By choosing a third-party authentication method, you acknowledge that:

  • authentication is subject to the terms of the respective provider;

  • certain account information may be shared with Find My Sponsor for authentication purposes;

  • Find My Sponsor does not receive or store your third-party account password;

  • authentication providers operate independently and may have their own privacy practices.

Any interruption or failure of a third-party authentication provider is outside the reasonable control of Find My Sponsor.

5.4 Registration Information

During registration, you may be required to provide or confirm:

  • first name;

  • last name;

  • email address;

  • mobile number;

  • country of residence;

  • preferred language;

  • date of birth or birth year;

  • profile photograph;

  • authentication provider;

  • account role preferences;

  • acceptance of these Terms;

  • consent where required by applicable law.

Additional information may be requested during onboarding or identity verification.

5.5 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must ensure that all registration information:

  • is accurate;

  • belongs to you;

  • is not misleading;

  • is current;

  • is lawfully provided.

You must promptly update your Account if any material information changes.

Find My Sponsor may suspend or restrict an Account where registration information is inaccurate or misleading.

5.6 Unique Account Ownership

Each Account is personal to the registered User.

Unless expressly authorised by Find My Sponsor, an Account:

  • may not be transferred;

  • may not be sold;

  • may not be leased;

  • may not be assigned;

  • may not be shared;

  • may not be inherited;

  • may not be used by another individual.

Any attempted transfer of an Account is void unless approved in writing by Find My Sponsor.

5.7 Username and Display Name

Where usernames or display names are supported, Users must not choose names that:

  • impersonate another individual;

  • impersonate Find My Sponsor;

  • impersonate a government authority;

  • impersonate a public figure without authorisation;

  • infringe trademarks;

  • are obscene, offensive or abusive;

  • encourage hatred or discrimination;

  • are intended to deceive other Users.

Find My Sponsor may require a User to change a username or display name at any time where reasonably necessary.

5.8 Profile Photograph

Users may upload a profile photograph.

The photograph should:

  • clearly represent the User;

  • not contain offensive material;

  • not contain copyrighted content without permission;

  • not contain nudity or explicit material;

  • not contain misleading alterations intended to deceive other Users;

  • comply with Community Guidelines.

Placeholder avatars may be displayed where no photograph is uploaded.

Find My Sponsor may remove or reject photographs that violate Platform policies.

5.9 Account Roles

During onboarding, Users may identify themselves as:

  • Seeker;

  • Sponsor;

  • Both Seeker and Sponsor.

Role selection influences:

  • recommendations;

  • onboarding experience;

  • discovery preferences;

  • available features;

  • AI matching.

Users may change their role later where the Platform permits.

5.10 Onboarding Preferences

During registration or subsequent onboarding, Users may voluntarily provide preferences including:

  • sponsorship categories;

  • preferred causes;

  • age preferences;

  • geographical preferences;

  • preferred sponsorship amount;

  • preferred industries;

  • education interests;

  • charity interests;

  • startup interests;

  • creative interests;

  • languages;

  • notification preferences.

These preferences improve AI recommendations but do not guarantee matches.

5.11 Passwords and Credentials

Where password-based authentication is available, Users are responsible for:

  • creating a strong password;

  • maintaining password confidentiality;

  • protecting authentication credentials;

  • preventing unauthorised access.

Users must never disclose:

  • passwords;

  • OTP codes;

  • recovery codes;

  • authentication tokens;

  • device verification codes.

Find My Sponsor will never request your password by email, chat or telephone.

5.12 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Account.

Reasonable security practices include:

  • enabling biometric authentication where available;

  • protecting registered email accounts;

  • protecting mobile devices;

  • signing out from shared devices;

  • updating devices regularly;

  • reporting suspected compromise promptly.

Failure to maintain reasonable security may increase the risk of unauthorised access.

5.13 Unauthorised Access

If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify Find My Sponsor without unreasonable delay.

Examples include:

  • unexpected login activity;

  • unauthorised profile changes;

  • unknown messages;

  • suspicious purchases;

  • lost or stolen devices;

  • compromised email accounts.

Upon notification, Find My Sponsor may:

  • temporarily suspend the Account;

  • require identity verification;

  • invalidate active sessions;

  • require re-authentication;

  • investigate suspicious activity.

5.14 Multiple Devices

Users may access the Platform from multiple personal devices.

Find My Sponsor may:

  • record device identifiers;

  • monitor unusual login activity;

  • detect impossible travel events;

  • require additional authentication for new devices;

  • terminate suspicious sessions.

These measures are intended to improve Platform security.

5.15 Duplicate Accounts

Find My Sponsor prohibits the creation of duplicate Accounts for purposes including:

  • manipulating Trust Score;

  • circumventing suspensions;

  • increasing visibility;

  • creating fake engagement;

  • misleading other Users;

  • exploiting Platform features.

Where duplicate Accounts are identified, Find My Sponsor may:

  • merge Accounts;

  • suspend one or more Accounts;

  • permanently terminate Accounts;

  • remove associated Content;

  • adjust Trust Scores.

5.16 Automated Account Creation

Users must not create Accounts using:

  • bots;

  • scripts;

  • automated registration software;

  • emulators intended to circumvent Platform controls;

  • artificial identities;

  • synthetic identities;

  • stolen credentials.

Any Account created through automated or fraudulent means may be removed immediately.

5.17 Account Recovery

Where supported, Users may recover access through:

  • verified email;

  • verified mobile number;

  • authentication provider;

  • identity verification;

  • additional security questions where applicable.

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to refuse recovery where ownership cannot be reasonably established.

5.18 Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Account through:

  • Platform settings;

  • customer support;

  • other approved methods.

Account deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Generally:

  • the Account will be deactivated;

  • public visibility will be removed;

  • deletion will be processed within approximately thirty (30) days;

  • certain information may be retained where legally required or necessary for fraud prevention, safety or dispute resolution.

Deletion does not automatically remove obligations incurred before deletion.

5.19 Dormant Accounts

Find My Sponsor may identify Accounts that remain inactive for extended periods.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may:

  • notify the User;

  • archive inactive data;

  • restrict inactive Accounts;

  • recycle unused usernames where permitted;

  • remove inactive Accounts after providing reasonable notice and subject to applicable law.

5.20 Reservation of Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • refuse registration;

  • suspend registration;

  • require additional authentication;

  • reject suspicious registrations;

  • disable compromised Accounts;

  • introduce additional security measures;

  • require periodic re-authentication;

  • implement multi-factor authentication;

  • introduce new account-security requirements.

These measures are intended to protect the Platform and its Users.

ARTICLE 6

IDENTITY VERIFICATION

6.1 Purpose of Identity Verification

Trust is fundamental to the Find My Sponsor ecosystem.

To promote a safe, transparent and trustworthy community, Find My Sponsor operates a proprietary Identity Verification process designed to reduce fraud, discourage impersonation and increase confidence between Users.

Identity Verification forms part of the Platform’s broader Trust Framework.

Its objectives include:

  • confirming that Users are genuine individuals;

  • reducing fake profiles;

  • reducing impersonation;

  • improving sponsorship confidence;

  • preventing duplicate accounts;

  • supporting fraud investigations;

  • improving AI risk detection;

  • protecting minors and vulnerable Users;

  • improving community safety.

Identity Verification is a security measure only and does not constitute a guarantee of honesty, reliability, financial capability or future conduct.

6.2 Verification Requirement

Find My Sponsor may require Identity Verification before a User is permitted to:

  • publish a Need;

  • publish an Offer;

  • initiate conversations;

  • respond to sponsorship requests;

  • purchase certain Digital Features;

  • receive a Verification Badge;

  • participate in specific categories;

  • receive elevated visibility;

  • access future financial features.

Verification requirements may vary depending on:

  • jurisdiction;

  • User role;

  • Trust Score;

  • Platform risk assessment;

  • category selected;

  • transaction history;

  • legal requirements.

6.3 Verification Methods

Identity Verification may include one or more of the following:

Identity Document Verification

Submission of an officially issued identification document, including where permitted:

  • passport;

  • national identity card;

  • driving licence;

  • residence permit;

  • other government-issued identification accepted by Find My Sponsor.

Facial Verification

Capture of a live facial image for comparison with submitted identity documentation.

Liveness Detection

Automated verification intended to confirm that the person completing verification is physically present rather than using:

  • photographs;

  • videos;

  • deepfakes;

  • masks;

  • synthetic media;

  • automated systems.

Age Verification

Verification that the User satisfies applicable age requirements.

Contact Verification

Verification of:

  • email address;

  • mobile number;

  • authentication provider.

Social Verification

Where voluntarily provided by the User, social profiles such as LinkedIn, Instagram or other supported platforms may be analysed to strengthen Platform confidence signals.

Social verification is optional unless otherwise stated.

Manual Review

Find My Sponsor may manually review submitted information where automated systems are unable to reach a reasonable confidence level.

6.4 Verification Levels

The Platform may implement multiple verification levels.

Examples include:

Basic Verification

May include:

  • email verification;

  • mobile verification;

  • profile completion.

Identity Verified

Successful completion of identity document verification and facial verification.

Enhanced Verification

May include additional checks such as:

  • manual review;

  • organisational verification;

  • educational verification;

  • business verification;

  • repeated verification.

Future Verification Levels

Find My Sponsor may introduce additional verification tiers as Platform functionality evolves.

6.5 User Obligations

When completing Identity Verification, Users must:

  • submit only genuine documents;

  • provide documents belonging to themselves;

  • provide accurate information;

  • cooperate with reasonable verification requests;

  • refrain from altering submitted documents;

  • refrain from using another person’s identity;

  • promptly notify Find My Sponsor if submitted information becomes inaccurate.

6.6 Prohibited Verification Conduct

Users must not:

  • upload forged documents;

  • alter government-issued identification;

  • use AI-generated identity documents;

  • use another person’s identity;

  • use synthetic identities;

  • submit expired documents where prohibited;

  • manipulate facial verification;

  • attempt to bypass liveness detection;

  • use screenshots instead of required original images;

  • interfere with verification systems.

Such conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

6.7 Verification Badge

Upon successful completion of applicable verification requirements, Find My Sponsor may display a Verification Badge on the User’s Profile.

A Verification Badge indicates only that specified verification procedures were completed.

It does not represent or guarantee:

  • honesty;

  • trustworthiness;

  • financial capability;

  • legal compliance;

  • sponsorship quality;

  • future behaviour;

  • endorsement by Find My Sponsor.

Users remain responsible for exercising independent judgment.

6.8 Verification Does Not Create Liability

Identity Verification is provided solely as a trust-enhancing feature.

Find My Sponsor does not warrant that:

  • a verified User will behave appropriately;

  • submitted documents are permanently valid;

  • a User will fulfil sponsorship commitments;

  • future identity misuse cannot occur;

  • verification eliminates fraud.

Accordingly, Find My Sponsor shall not be liable solely because a User possessed a Verification Badge.

6.9 Reverification

Find My Sponsor may require reverification where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • identity information changes;

  • suspicious activity is detected;

  • significant profile information changes;

  • repeated reports are received;

  • documents expire;

  • fraud indicators increase;

  • regulatory requirements change;

  • higher-risk Platform features are accessed.

Failure to complete reverification within the specified period may result in temporary restrictions.

6.10 Verification Failure

Verification may fail where:

  • documents are unreadable;

  • information is inconsistent;

  • facial comparison fails;

  • liveness cannot be established;

  • documents appear altered;

  • duplicate identities are detected;

  • required information is missing;

  • fraud indicators exceed Platform thresholds.

Find My Sponsor may request additional documentation before making a final decision.

6.11 Manual Investigation

Where automated systems cannot reasonably determine the outcome, Find My Sponsor may initiate manual review.

Manual review may consider:

  • submitted documentation;

  • profile information;

  • previous verification history;

  • fraud indicators;

  • reports;

  • account activity;

  • communications with the User.

Additional information may be requested during this process.

6.12 Confidential Verification Methodology

To preserve the integrity of the Platform’s fraud prevention systems, Find My Sponsor does not disclose:

  • verification algorithms;

  • confidence thresholds;

  • fraud scoring rules;

  • document analysis techniques;

  • liveness detection methodology;

  • AI model parameters;

  • security controls.

Users acknowledge that such information constitutes confidential security information.

6.13 Verification Fees

Where applicable, Find My Sponsor may charge a verification fee.

At launch, the verification fee is intended to be:

USD 1.00

or the equivalent amount in local currency.

The fee contributes to:

  • identity verification costs;

  • fraud prevention;

  • abuse reduction;

  • Platform security.

Unless required by applicable law, verification fees are generally non-refundable once verification processing has commenced.

6.14 Suspension Pending Verification

Where Identity Verification is incomplete or unsuccessful, Find My Sponsor may:

  • restrict profile visibility;

  • disable posting;

  • disable messaging;

  • disable matching;

  • suspend Digital Features;

  • suspend sponsorship participation.

Restrictions may remain until verification requirements are satisfied.

6.15 Verification Data

Identity Verification information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Verification information may include:

  • identity documents;

  • facial images;

  • verification metadata;

  • timestamps;

  • verification outcomes;

  • audit logs.

Find My Sponsor implements reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect such information.

6.16 Revocation of Verification

Find My Sponsor may revoke verification where:

  • submitted information is later found to be false;

  • identity theft is suspected;

  • documents expire and are not renewed;

  • fraud is detected;

  • the User materially breaches these Terms;

  • continued verification is no longer appropriate.

Revocation may result in removal of the Verification Badge and associated Platform privileges.

6.17 Appeals

Users may request review of a verification decision by submitting an appeal through the Platform or other approved channels.

An appeal should include:

  • the reason for the appeal;

  • supporting information;

  • any corrected documentation.

Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of the original decision.

6.18 Reservation of Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • determine verification requirements;

  • modify verification procedures;

  • introduce new verification technologies;

  • suspend verification services;

  • refuse verification;

  • revoke verification;

  • require additional documentation;

  • comply with legal requests relating to verification information.

These rights may be exercised where reasonably necessary to maintain the safety, security and integrity of the Platform and its Users.

ARTICLE 7

USER PROFILES, PROFILE VISIBILITY AND PROFILE MANAGEMENT

7.1 Purpose of User Profiles

Every registered User is provided with a personal Profile that represents their identity within the Platform.

The Profile enables other Users to understand:

  • who you are;

  • what causes or categories you support or seek support for;

  • your interests;

  • your credibility within the Platform;

  • your sponsorship preferences;

  • your Trust Framework indicators.

A Profile is intended to facilitate informed decision-making between Users while balancing transparency, privacy and safety.

7.2 Profile Ownership

Each Profile is linked to one registered Account.

A User:

  • owns the information they provide;

  • remains responsible for all Profile Content;

  • may update their Profile subject to Platform rules;

  • may control certain visibility settings;

  • may delete their Profile by deleting their Account, subject to applicable retention obligations.

A Profile may not be transferred to another individual.

7.3 Required Profile Information

To improve transparency and matching quality, Users may be required to provide information including:

  • sponsorship confidence;

  • User engagement.

Profile Completeness is separate from Trust Score.

Completion of all Profile fields does not guarantee:

  • sponsorship;

  • visibility;

  • Trust Score;

  • successful matching.

7.5 Trust Framework Indicators

A User Profile may display indicators forming part of the Trust Framework, including:

  • Verification Badge

  • Trust Score

  • Profile Completeness

  • Badges

  • Community Recognition

  • Sponsorship History

  • Response Rate

  • Member Since

  • Last Active

  • Success Stories

  • Preferred Categories

The exact indicators displayed may change over time.

7.6 Public and Private Information

Find My Sponsor allows Users to control the visibility of selected Profile information.

Information may be designated as:

Public

Visible to all Platform Users.

Examples include:

  • Display Name

  • Headline

  • Biography

  • Categories

  • Badges

  • Profile Photograph

  • Success Stories

  • City (where enabled)

Limited Visibility

Visible only after a Match, accepted sponsorship request or other qualifying interaction.

Examples include:

  • Social Links

  • Occupation

  • Employer

  • Educational Institution

Private

Visible only to the User and authorised Platform personnel where necessary.

Examples include:

  • Identity Documents

  • Verification Metadata

  • Internal Trust Signals

  • Email Address

  • Mobile Number

  • Authentication Information

7.7 User-Controlled Visibility

Where supported, Users may configure:

  • Profile visibility;

  • Online status;

  • Last active timestamp;

  • Profile photograph visibility;

  • Social profile visibility;

  • Age visibility;

  • Location visibility;

  • Occupation visibility;

  • Employer visibility;

  • Notification preferences.

Certain information required for Platform operation may remain visible or accessible despite User preferences.

7.8 Privacy by Design

Find My Sponsor is designed around the principle of Privacy by Design.

Accordingly:

  • sensitive information is not publicly displayed by default;

  • Users retain meaningful control over Profile visibility;

  • identity verification information remains private;

  • security-related information is never publicly displayed;

  • internal fraud signals remain confidential.

7.9 Profile Accuracy

Users must ensure their Profiles remain:

  • accurate;

  • truthful;

  • current;

  • complete where reasonably practicable.

Users must not intentionally:

  • exaggerate achievements;

  • fabricate qualifications;

  • misrepresent employment;

  • impersonate another individual;

  • falsely claim sponsorship history;

  • falsely claim charitable status;

  • mislead other Users.

Material misrepresentation constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7.10 Profile Updates

Users may update their Profiles at any time.

However, Find My Sponsor may require additional verification where significant changes are made to:

  • legal name;

  • profile photograph;

  • country;

  • identity information;

  • organisation;

  • sponsorship preferences;

  • verification-related information.

Certain changes may temporarily reduce Profile visibility until verification is completed.

7.11 Profile Photographs

Profile photographs should:

  • clearly represent the User;

  • be recent;

  • not contain misleading alterations;

  • comply with Community Guidelines.

Photographs must not include:

  • explicit content;

  • hate symbols;

  • copyrighted material without permission;

  • misleading celebrity images;

  • AI-generated faces intended to deceive;

  • another person’s photograph without authorisation.

7.12 Placeholder Profiles

Where no photograph has been uploaded, Find My Sponsor may display a Platform-provided placeholder avatar.

Placeholder avatars are intended solely for visual consistency and do not indicate any difference in Trust Score or verification status.

7.13 Public Profile Responsibility

Users acknowledge that information designated as public may be:

  • viewed;

  • copied;

  • bookmarked;

  • shared;

  • discussed;

  • referenced by other Users.

Although Find My Sponsor implements reasonable safeguards, it cannot prevent Users from taking screenshots or otherwise recording publicly available information.

Users should carefully consider the information they choose to make public.

7.14 Profile Recommendations

The Platform may use Profile information to generate:

  • AI recommendations;

  • sponsorship suggestions;

  • category recommendations;

  • personalised feeds;

  • search rankings;

  • matching suggestions;

  • notifications.

These recommendations are generated algorithmically and do not constitute guarantees or endorsements.

7.15 Minor Profiles

Additional protections apply to Users below eighteen (18) years of age.

Depending on jurisdiction and Platform policy, Find My Sponsor may:

  • reduce Profile visibility;

  • hide exact age;

  • hide exact location;

  • hide educational institution;

  • restrict adult discovery;

  • require guardian approval for certain interactions;

  • disable certain Profile fields.

These safeguards are intended to enhance safety and may not be overridden by the User.

7.16 Profile Suspension

Find My Sponsor may temporarily restrict or hide a Profile where:

  • identity verification is incomplete;

  • repeated reports are received;

  • fraudulent behaviour is suspected;

  • Community Guidelines are breached;

  • moderation is pending;

  • legal requirements require temporary restriction.

Profile suspension does not necessarily terminate the associated Account.

7.17 Profile Removal

Find My Sponsor may permanently remove a Profile where:

  • the Account is permanently terminated;

  • serious fraud is established;

  • repeated policy violations occur;

  • identity theft is confirmed;

  • legal requirements require removal.

Removal of a Profile does not necessarily delete retained information where retention is required by law or for legitimate safety, fraud prevention or dispute resolution purposes.

7.18 Profile Data Retention

Upon Account deletion or Profile removal, Find My Sponsor may retain limited information including:

  • moderation history;

  • fraud indicators;

  • audit logs;

  • verification records;

  • dispute records;

  • legal compliance records.

Retention periods are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7.19 No Endorsement

The appearance of a User Profile on the Platform does not constitute:

  • endorsement;

  • recommendation;

  • certification;

  • guarantee;

  • warranty;

  • approval

by Find My Sponsor.

Users remain responsible for conducting their own assessment before entering into any Sponsorship Arrangement.

7.20 Reservation of Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • modify Profile layouts;

  • introduce new Profile fields;

  • remove obsolete Profile fields;

  • change visibility options;

  • introduce additional Trust Framework indicators;

  • improve Profile functionality;

  • temporarily restrict Profile features;

  • require additional Profile information where reasonably necessary.

Such changes may be made to improve the safety, usability and effectiveness of the Platform.

ARTICLE 8

USER CONTENT, NEEDS, OFFERS AND PLATFORM PUBLICATIONS

8.1 Purpose

Find My Sponsor enables Users to create and publish content that facilitates sponsorship opportunities between Seekers and Sponsors.

User Content forms the foundation of the Platform and includes, but is not limited to:

  • Needs;

  • Offers;

  • Profile information;

  • Success Stories;

  • Comments;

  • Images;

  • Videos;

  • Documents;

  • Messages;

  • Reviews;

  • Testimonials;

  • Replies;

  • Updates.

All User Content must comply with these Terms, the Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.

8.2 Ownership of User Content

Users retain ownership of intellectual property rights in the original content they lawfully create and upload.

However, by uploading or publishing User Content, you grant Find My Sponsor the rights described in Article 30 (Intellectual Property and Content Licence).

You warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to upload such content.

8.3 Responsibility for User Content

Each User is solely responsible for:

  • the accuracy of their Content;

  • the legality of their Content;

  • the consequences of publishing their Content;

  • obtaining any required permissions;

  • ensuring uploaded material does not infringe the rights of others.

Find My Sponsor does not routinely verify every statement made by Users before publication.

8.4 Need Posts

A Need is a request created by a Seeker describing assistance they are seeking.

Needs may relate to categories including:

  • Cash Support

  • Education

  • Medical Support

  • Living Support

  • Business / Startup

  • Youth Development

  • Electronics & Gadgets

  • Travel

  • Creative Equipment

  • Arts & Music

  • Emergency Help

  • Sports & Fitness

  • Events

  • Religion / Community

  • NGOs / Charity

  • Women Empowerment

  • Content Creators

  • Services & Subscriptions

An Offer is a sponsorship opportunity published by a Sponsor.

Examples include:

  • financial sponsorship;

  • educational sponsorship;

  • products;

  • equipment;

  • mentoring;

  • coaching;

  • accommodation;

  • subscriptions;

  • travel;

  • internships;

  • employment opportunities where permitted;

  • professional services;

  • event sponsorship.

Offers should accurately describe:

  • what is being offered;

  • eligibility requirements;

  • quantity available;

  • applicable conditions;

  • expiry date where relevant.

8.6 Accuracy of Publications

Users must ensure that every Need and Offer is:

  • truthful;

  • genuine;

  • accurate;

  • not misleading;

  • reasonably complete;

  • created in good faith.

Users must not intentionally exaggerate:

  • financial hardship;

  • medical conditions;

  • business opportunities;

  • educational achievements;

  • charitable status;

  • sponsorship value.

8.7 Supporting Evidence

Users may upload supporting documentation including:

  • admission letters;

  • quotations;

  • invoices;

  • medical documentation;

  • photographs;

  • videos;

  • business registrations;

  • portfolios;

  • event proposals.

Users warrant that:

  • they have authority to upload such material;

  • documents are genuine;

  • documents have not been materially altered to deceive.

Find My Sponsor may request additional evidence where appropriate.

8.8 AI Review

User Content may be analysed using AI systems for purposes including:

  • category classification;

  • spam detection;

  • fraud detection;

  • language translation;

  • inappropriate content detection;

  • duplicate detection;

  • recommendation generation;

  • moderation assistance.

AI review assists moderation but does not replace human judgement.

8.9 Publication Review

Find My Sponsor may review User Content before or after publication.

Publication may therefore be:

  • immediate;

  • delayed;

  • conditionally approved;

  • rejected;

  • sent for manual review.

Users acknowledge that publication timing cannot be guaranteed.

8.10 Moderation Rights

Find My Sponsor may:

  • edit formatting;

  • correct obvious categorisation errors;

  • add safety notices;

  • blur sensitive images;

  • remove duplicate posts;

  • remove expired posts;

  • request clarification;

  • temporarily hide content pending review.

Such actions do not transfer ownership of the Content.

8.11 No Guarantee of Publication

Submission of Content does not guarantee publication.

Find My Sponsor may decline to publish Content where it reasonably believes that publication would:

  • breach these Terms;

  • breach applicable law;

  • expose Users to harm;

  • facilitate fraud;

  • damage Platform integrity;

  • create significant legal risk.

8.12 Removal of Content

Find My Sponsor may remove User Content without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

Examples include:

  • fraud;

  • impersonation;

  • copyright infringement;

  • abusive behaviour;

  • hate speech;

  • harassment;

  • explicit material;

  • prohibited fundraising;

  • misleading claims;

  • child safety concerns;

  • legal requirements;

  • court orders.

8.13 Editing Published Content

Users may edit their own published Needs and Offers, subject to Platform limitations.

Material edits may trigger:

  • renewed moderation;

  • AI review;

  • temporary removal from recommendations;

  • reverification of supporting documents.

Find My Sponsor may preserve previous versions for audit purposes.

8.14 Expiry of Needs and Offers

Needs and Offers may expire automatically after a period determined by Find My Sponsor.

Expired publications may:

  • be archived;

  • remain visible to the creator;

  • be removed from search results;

  • become eligible for renewal.

8.15 Duplicate Publications

Users must not intentionally create duplicate Needs or Offers for the purpose of:

  • manipulating search rankings;

  • increasing visibility;

  • misleading Sponsors or Seekers;

  • circumventing moderation;

  • abusing Platform algorithms.

Duplicate Content may be removed or merged.

8.16 Humorous and Satirical Posts

Find My Sponsor recognises that some Users may create light-hearted or humorous posts (for example, requesting a newly released gadget in a clearly non-serious context).

Such posts may be permitted provided that they:

  • are clearly identifiable as humorous or aspirational;

  • do not impersonate emergencies;

  • do not exploit charitable sentiment;

  • do not mislead Sponsors into believing the request is genuine;

  • comply with Community Guidelines.

Find My Sponsor may remove humorous posts that create confusion or undermine trust in the Platform.

8.17 Success Stories

Users may publish Success Stories describing completed Sponsorship Arrangements.

Success Stories should:

  • accurately reflect the experience;

  • avoid misleading claims;

  • respect the privacy of other Users;

  • obtain permission where another identifiable individual is featured.

Find My Sponsor may highlight selected Success Stories for promotional purposes where permitted under the Privacy Policy and applicable consent settings.

8.18 Public Availability

Users acknowledge that public Needs, Offers and Success Stories may be viewed by other Users and, where applicable, by visitors to public areas of the Platform.

Public Content may be:

  • indexed internally;

  • recommended by AI systems;

  • displayed in category listings;

  • included in personalised feeds.

Find My Sponsor does not guarantee that deleted public Content can be removed from third-party caches or screenshots created by other Users.

8.19 Reporting User Content

Any User may report Content that they reasonably believe:

  • violates these Terms;

  • is fraudulent;

  • infringes intellectual property;

  • promotes scams;

  • threatens safety;

  • exploits minors;

  • contains hate speech;

  • contains misleading information.

Find My Sponsor will review reports in accordance with its Trust & Safety Policy.

8.20 Reservation of Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • introduce new publication formats;

  • retire existing publication formats;

  • modify moderation processes;

  • introduce category-specific publication rules;

  • require mandatory supporting evidence;

  • restrict publication frequency;

  • implement AI-assisted publication scoring.

Such changes may be implemented to improve Platform quality, safety and user experience.

ARTICLE 9

SPONSORSHIP DISCOVERY, MATCHING AND USER INTERACTIONS

9.1 Purpose

Find My Sponsor is designed to facilitate meaningful sponsorship opportunities through intelligent discovery, transparent communication and voluntary engagement between Users.

The Platform provides technology that assists Users in discovering compatible sponsorship opportunities. However, all decisions regarding participation remain solely with the Users involved.

Nothing in this Article creates any obligation for a User to provide or accept Sponsorship.

9.2 Discovery

The Platform may present Users with sponsorship opportunities through various discovery mechanisms including:

  • Home Feed

  • Personalized “For You” Feed

  • Category Browsing

  • Search

  • Trending Needs

  • Featured Offers

  • Nearby Opportunities

  • AI Recommendations

  • Swipe Discovery

  • Saved Searches

  • Sponsored Content

  • Notification Recommendations

Find My Sponsor does not guarantee that every User, Need or Offer will appear in every discovery channel.

9.3 AI-Powered Recommendations

The Platform uses Artificial Intelligence to improve discovery by analysing various factors including:

  • Profile Information

  • Categories

  • Interests

  • Sponsorship History

  • Location

  • Preferred Regions

  • Preferred Age Groups

  • Profile Completeness

  • Trust Framework Indicators

  • Languages

  • Activity History

  • Previous Interactions

  • Saved Content

  • Blocked Users

  • User Preferences

AI Recommendations are generated algorithmically and continuously evolve as additional Platform activity occurs.

9.4 Recommendation Scores

The Platform may display recommendation indicators such as:

  • Excellent Match

  • Strong Match

  • Recommended

  • Popular

  • Trending

  • High Compatibility

  • New Opportunity

These indicators are estimates generated by Platform algorithms.

They do not guarantee:

  • successful Sponsorship;

  • compatibility;

  • authenticity;

  • future conduct;

  • financial capability;

  • successful communication.

9.5 Swipe Discovery

The Platform may provide a swipe-based discovery experience to simplify browsing.

Users may:

  • Swipe Right to express interest;

  • Swipe Left to dismiss;

  • Save for Later;

  • Open Full Details;

  • Report;

  • Block;

  • Share where permitted.

Swipe actions are intended solely to improve user experience.

A swipe does not create:

  • a legal agreement;

  • a Sponsorship Arrangement;

  • an obligation to communicate;

  • an obligation to respond.

9.6 Search and Filtering

Users may search Platform Content using filters including:

  • Category;

  • Country;

  • State;

  • City;

  • Amount Range;

  • Sponsorship Type;

  • Organisation;

  • Trust Score;

  • Verification Status;

  • Language;

  • Recent Activity;

  • Urgency;

  • Deadline;

  • Profile Badges;

  • Sponsorship Frequency.

Search results may be personalised.

9.7 Expressing Interest

Users may express interest in a Need or Offer using Platform features including:

  • Interested

  • Apply

  • Sponsor

  • Contact

  • Like

  • Save

  • Swipe Right

  • Sponsorship Request

  • Invitation

Expression of interest is non-binding.

The recipient may:

  • accept;

  • decline;

  • ignore;

  • postpone;

  • block;

  • report;

  • request further information.

9.8 Sponsorship Requests

Sponsors may submit Sponsorship Requests to Seekers.

Requests may include:

  • sponsorship amount;

  • products;

  • services;

  • mentoring;

  • partial sponsorship;

  • full sponsorship;

  • supporting message;

  • conditions;

  • expected timeline.

Submission of a Sponsorship Request does not create any contractual obligation.

9.9 Counter Offers

Users may negotiate Sponsorship through Platform functionality.

Examples include:

  • partial sponsorship;

  • revised sponsorship amount;

  • additional products;

  • mentoring instead of cash;

  • staged sponsorship;

  • revised timelines;

  • alternative assistance.

Any agreement reached remains solely between participating Users.

Find My Sponsor is not a negotiating party.

9.10 Partial Sponsorship

Sponsors may choose to support only part of a Need.

Examples include:

  • funding RM500 of a RM5,000 education request;

  • providing a laptop instead of cash;

  • sponsoring accommodation only;

  • covering travel expenses only.

The Seeker may:

  • accept;

  • reject;

  • negotiate;

  • continue seeking additional Sponsors.

9.11 Multiple Sponsors

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Need may receive interest from multiple Sponsors.

Likewise,

Sponsors may express interest in multiple Needs simultaneously.

Find My Sponsor does not reserve opportunities exclusively unless future Platform features specifically provide exclusivity.

9.12 Sponsorship Acceptance

Acceptance of a Sponsorship Request occurs only when the receiving User explicitly accepts the proposal through the Platform or another mutually agreed communication channel.

Acceptance does not automatically:

  • transfer ownership;

  • transfer funds;

  • create escrow;

  • guarantee fulfilment.

Additional arrangements remain the responsibility of the participating Users.

9.13 Communication After Matching

Once Users have established mutual interest, they may communicate through Platform messaging.

Users should:

  • communicate respectfully;

  • remain truthful;

  • avoid harassment;

  • avoid coercion;

  • avoid requesting unnecessary personal information;

  • report suspicious conduct.

Find My Sponsor encourages Users to continue communication within the Platform whenever reasonably possible.

9.14 Off-Platform Communication

Users may voluntarily choose to continue communication outside the Platform.

Examples include:

  • telephone;

  • email;

  • WhatsApp;

  • Telegram;

  • Microsoft Teams;

  • Zoom;

  • Google Meet.

Once Users move communications outside the Platform,

Find My Sponsor has limited ability to:

  • investigate disputes;

  • verify conversations;

  • moderate conduct;

  • recover deleted communications.

Users assume responsibility for off-platform interactions.

9.15 Meetings

If Users decide to meet in person,

Find My Sponsor recommends that they:

  • meet in public places;

  • inform family or friends;

  • avoid carrying unnecessary cash;

  • verify identity;

  • exercise reasonable caution.

Find My Sponsor does not supervise or arrange in-person meetings.

9.16 Completion of Sponsorship

Once Sponsorship has been completed,

Users may voluntarily:

  • mark the Sponsorship as completed;

  • publish a Success Story;

  • provide feedback;

  • leave a review;

  • acknowledge Sponsors;

  • acknowledge Seekers.

Completion records may contribute to Trust Framework indicators.

9.17 Reviews and Feedback

Where supported,

Users may provide reviews regarding completed Sponsorship experiences.

Reviews should:

  • be truthful;

  • be respectful;

  • relate to actual interactions;

  • avoid defamatory statements;

  • avoid personal attacks.

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to moderate Reviews.

9.18 Artificial Manipulation

Users must not manipulate discovery systems by:

  • creating fake Accounts;

  • publishing fake Needs;

  • publishing fake Offers;

  • purchasing fake engagement;

  • coordinating fraudulent activity;

  • artificially increasing visibility;

  • abusing recommendation algorithms.

Such behaviour may result in:

  • reduced visibility;

  • Trust Score reduction;

  • removal of Content;

  • suspension;

  • permanent termination.

9.19 Platform Rankings

The Platform may rank Needs, Offers or Profiles using numerous factors including:

  • freshness;

  • relevance;

  • Profile Completeness;

  • Trust Framework indicators;

  • User engagement;

  • AI confidence;

  • moderation status;

  • community feedback;

  • category relevance;

  • Premium Features where clearly disclosed.

Ranking methodologies are proprietary and may change without notice.

9.20 No Guaranteed Results

Find My Sponsor does not guarantee:

  • a minimum number of views;

  • a minimum number of matches;

  • sponsorship offers;

  • funding;

  • response times;

  • recommendation frequency;

  • search ranking;

  • success through AI recommendations.

Platform algorithms continuously evolve to improve the overall experience for all Users.

9.21 Reservation of Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • modify discovery algorithms;

  • modify recommendation systems;

  • introduce new interaction models;

  • retire existing interaction features;

  • introduce additional matching criteria;

  • introduce premium discovery features;

  • improve AI recommendations;

  • improve fraud detection.

Such changes are made to improve Platform safety, fairness, effectiveness and user experience.

ARTICLE 10

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, TRUST FRAMEWORK AND REPUTATION SYSTEM

10.1 Purpose

Find My Sponsor incorporates Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) and reputation systems to improve:

  • discovery;

  • matching;

  • trust;

  • fraud prevention;

  • platform safety;

  • moderation;

  • user experience.

The AI systems are designed to assist Users and Platform administrators.

AI is intended to support—not replace—human judgment.

Users should always exercise independent judgment before entering into any Sponsorship Arrangement.

10.2 The Trust Framework

Find My Sponsor operates a proprietary trust ecosystem known as the Trust Framework.

The Trust Framework is designed to promote a safer, more transparent and more reliable community.

It combines multiple independent trust indicators into a unified platform-wide reputation model.

The Trust Framework currently consists of:

  • Identity Verification

  • Trust Score

  • Profile Completeness

  • Verification Badge

  • Achievement Badges

  • Community Reputation

  • Successful Sponsorship History

  • Community Reports

  • AI Risk Assessment

  • Behaviour Analysis

  • Manual Moderator Reviews

  • Appeals Process

Additional components may be introduced as the Platform evolves.

10.3 Purpose of the Trust Framework

The Trust Framework assists Users by providing additional context when evaluating Profiles, Needs and Offers.

Its objectives include:

  • encouraging genuine participation;

  • discouraging fraud;

  • rewarding positive behaviour;

  • improving recommendation quality;

  • improving sponsorship confidence;

  • protecting vulnerable Users;

  • increasing Platform transparency.

The Trust Framework does not certify or guarantee any User.

10.4 Artificial Intelligence Services

The Platform may utilise AI for purposes including:

  • personalised recommendations;

  • sponsorship suggestions;

  • category recommendations;

  • profile suggestions;

  • similar Needs;

  • similar Offers.

Matching

  • Need-to-Sponsor matching;

  • Sponsor-to-Need matching;

  • compatibility estimation;

  • category relevance.

Content Assistance

  • grammar improvements;

  • translation;

  • summarisation;

  • title suggestions;

  • description suggestions;

  • accessibility improvements.

Safety

  • fraud detection;

  • spam detection;

Needs, Offers and Profiles may be ranked differently for different Users.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated text before publication.

Publication of AI-generated content constitutes User Content.

10.11 AI Image Analysis

The Platform may analyse uploaded images for purposes including:

  • fraud detection;

  • inappropriate content detection;

  • duplicate image detection;

  • authenticity indicators.

Image analysis assists moderation but does not guarantee authenticity.

10.12 AI Moderation

AI systems may identify Content that appears to:

  • violate Community Guidelines;

  • contain hate speech;

  • contain explicit material;

  • promote fraud;

  • impersonate others;

  • exploit minors;

  • contain prohibited goods or services;

  • encourage scams.

Flagged Content may be:

  • automatically restricted;

  • prioritised for manual review;

  • temporarily hidden;

  • removed where appropriate.

10.13 Trust Score

The Platform generates a proprietary Trust Score intended to help Users better understand the overall trust indicators associated with a Profile.

Trust Score is generated using multiple independent factors including:

  • platform behaviour;

  • sponsorship history;

  • successful interactions;

  • moderation history;

  • community reports;

  • account longevity;

  • policy compliance;

  • AI risk assessment.

The weighting of these factors is confidential.

10.14 Trust Score Limitations

Trust Score is informational only.

It is not:

  • a guarantee;

  • a certification;

  • an endorsement;

  • a financial rating;

Users should never rely solely upon Trust Score when deciding whether to participate in Sponsorship.

10.15 Profile Completeness

Profile Completeness measures how thoroughly a User has completed their Profile.

It encourages transparency and assists recommendation quality.

Profile Completeness is independent of Trust Score.

A complete Profile does not imply:

  • honesty;

  • safety;

  • sponsorship success;

  • higher recommendation ranking.

10.16 Achievement Badges

The Platform may award badges recognising:

  • verified identity;

  • successful sponsorship;

  • community contribution;

  • responsiveness;

  • creativity;

  • mentorship;

  • long-term participation;

  • positive community behaviour.

Badge criteria may change over time.

Badges may be revoked where eligibility no longer exists.

10.17 AI Risk Assessment

To improve Platform safety,

AI systems may generate internal risk indicators relating to:

  • fraud;

  • impersonation;

  • account compromise;

  • spam;

  • suspicious behaviour;

  • coordinated abuse.

These indicators are confidential.

Users are not entitled to disclosure of:

  • fraud thresholds;

  • security rules;

  • detection logic;

  • internal confidence scores.

Disclosure of such information could materially reduce Platform security.

10.18 Appeals

Where AI contributes to an adverse decision affecting a User,

Find My Sponsor may provide an appeals process.

Human moderators may:

  • correct factual inaccuracies;

  • uphold or reverse previous decisions.

Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal.

10.19 Platform Improvements

Find My Sponsor continuously improves its AI systems.

Accordingly,

  • improve;

  • be replaced;

  • be discontinued;

  • operate differently over time.

Such improvements may affect:

  • recommendations;

  • rankings;

  • Trust Framework indicators;

  • moderation outcomes.

10.20 Reservation of Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • introduce new AI features;

  • retire existing AI functionality;

  • modify Trust Framework indicators;

  • revise badge criteria;

  • improve fraud detection;

  • update recommendation algorithms;

  • improve moderation systems;

  • implement additional safeguards.

Such changes may be made without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect Platform integrity, provided they do not materially diminish Users’ statutory rights.

10.21 No Reverse Engineering or Manipulation

Users must not attempt to:

  • manipulate AI recommendations;

  • artificially increase Trust Score;

  • exploit ranking algorithms;

  • deceive moderation systems;

  • generate fake engagement;

  • reverse engineer Platform algorithms;

  • interfere with automated systems.

Attempts to manipulate AI or Trust Framework components may result in:

  • reduced visibility;

  • Trust Score adjustments;

  • badge removal;

  • suspension;

  • permanent account termination.

ARTICLE 11

MESSAGING, COMMUNICATIONS AND USER CONDUCT

11.1 Purpose

The Platform provides communication tools to enable Users to discuss sponsorship opportunities, exchange relevant information and negotiate Sponsorship Arrangements.

Messaging is intended solely to facilitate legitimate interactions between Users.

All communications must remain respectful, lawful and consistent with these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

11.2 Messaging Services

Find My Sponsor provides secure in-app messaging through its integrated communication platform.

Messaging features may include:

  • one-to-one chat;

  • sponsorship conversations;

  • AI-assisted translation;

  • image sharing;

  • document sharing;

  • emoji and reactions;

  • message status indicators;

  • typing indicators;

  • read receipts where enabled;

  • future voice messaging;

  • future voice and video calls.

Messaging functionality may evolve over time.

11.3 Eligibility to Use Messaging

Messaging is available only to eligible Users who satisfy Platform requirements.

Find My Sponsor may require:

  • completed registration;

  • verified contact details;

  • identity verification;

  • compliance with Community Guidelines;

  • minimum Trust Framework requirements.

Messaging privileges may vary depending on:

  • User role;

  • account status;

  • verification level;

  • Trust Framework indicators;

  • previous moderation history;

  • jurisdiction.

11.4 Purpose of Communications

Users should use Platform messaging solely for legitimate sponsorship-related purposes, including:

  • discussing a Need;

  • discussing an Offer;

  • requesting additional information;

  • clarifying eligibility;

  • negotiating sponsorship terms;

  • arranging lawful delivery of products or services;

  • sharing supporting documentation;

  • providing sponsorship updates;

  • expressing appreciation;

  • resolving genuine questions.

Communications unrelated to the purpose of the Platform may be restricted.

11.5 Standards of Conduct

Users must communicate in a respectful, professional and courteous manner.

Users must not:

  • harass;

  • intimidate;

  • threaten;

  • abuse;

  • bully;

  • discriminate;

  • insult;

  • stalk;

  • blackmail;

  • extort;

  • manipulate;

  • coerce;

  • repeatedly contact Users after being asked to stop.

Repeated inappropriate behaviour constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

  • solicit illegal goods or services;

  • promote hate speech;

  • encourage violence;

  • send sexually explicit material;

  • engage in grooming or exploitation of Minors;

  • facilitate human trafficking;

  • organise unlawful activities;

  • advertise unrelated commercial services without authorisation;

  • send unsolicited mass messages or spam.

Find My Sponsor maintains zero tolerance for communications involving child exploitation, human trafficking, terrorism, or other serious criminal conduct.

11.7 Communication with Minors

Where a User is identified as being under eighteen (18) years of age, additional safeguards may apply.

Depending on applicable law and Platform policy, Find My Sponsor may:

  • limit adult-to-Minor messaging;

  • restrict unsolicited contact;

  • require additional verification before communication;

  • automatically monitor for grooming indicators;

  • escalate conversations for manual review;

  • restrict certain file types;

  • disable specific communication features.

Users must never use the Platform to exploit or manipulate Minors.

11.8 AI Translation

Where supported, AI-powered translation may automatically translate messages between Users.

Translations are provided for convenience only.

Find My Sponsor does not guarantee that translations are:

  • complete;

  • accurate;

  • culturally appropriate;

  • legally precise.

Users should seek clarification where important matters are discussed.

11.9 AI Communication Assistance

The Platform may provide AI assistance to help Users draft communications.

Examples include:

  • sponsorship requests;

  • polite responses;

  • counter-offers;

  • thank-you messages;

  • clarification requests;

  • follow-up reminders.

AI-generated text is optional.

The User remains solely responsible for any message sent.

11.10 Sharing Documents

Users may share supporting materials including:

  • quotations;

  • invoices;

  • admission letters;

  • proposals;

  • portfolios;

  • photographs;

  • sponsorship plans.

Users must ensure they have the legal right to share such documents.

Sensitive information should be redacted where reasonably possible.

11.11 Sharing Contact Information

Users may voluntarily exchange personal contact information.

Examples include:

  • telephone numbers;

  • email addresses;

  • WhatsApp;

  • Telegram;

  • LinkedIn;

  • websites.

Find My Sponsor recommends that Users remain on the Platform until sufficient trust has been established.

The Company is not responsible for communications conducted outside the Platform.

11.12 Attachments

Users may upload attachments subject to Platform limitations.

Find My Sponsor may restrict:

  • file size;

  • file type;

  • number of attachments;

  • executable files;

  • password-protected files;

  • compressed archives.

Attachments may be automatically scanned for security purposes.

11.13 Platform Monitoring

To protect Users and maintain Platform integrity, Find My Sponsor may monitor communications using automated systems.

Monitoring may include:

  • spam detection;

  • fraud detection;

  • malware scanning;

  • grooming-risk detection;

  • policy violation detection;

  • abusive behaviour detection.

Monitoring is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11.14 Reported Conversations

Where a User reports a conversation, Find My Sponsor may review relevant communications to:

  • investigate misconduct;

  • assess policy compliance;

  • protect User safety;

  • resolve disputes;

  • comply with legal obligations.

Only authorised personnel may access reported conversations where reasonably necessary.

11.15 Blocking Users

Users may block another User at any time.

Blocking generally prevents:

  • new messages;

  • sponsorship requests;

  • profile discovery where supported;

  • future recommendations involving the blocked User.

Blocking does not automatically:

  • delete previous conversations;

  • remove submitted reports;

  • prevent ongoing investigations;

  • cancel existing Sponsorship Arrangements.

11.16 Reporting Users

Users are encouraged to report communications involving:

  • fraud;

  • impersonation;

  • threats;

  • harassment;

  • hate speech;

  • grooming;

  • extortion;

  • inappropriate requests;

  • suspicious behaviour;

  • repeated unwanted contact.

False or malicious reports intended to harm another User may themselves constitute a breach of these Terms.

11.17 Communication Records

To improve safety and comply with applicable law, Find My Sponsor may retain communication metadata including:

  • timestamps;

  • sender and recipient identifiers;

  • delivery status;

  • read status;

  • moderation actions;

  • report history.

Retention periods are governed by the Privacy Policy.

11.18 Deletion of Messages

Users may delete messages from their own view where supported.

However:

  • deletion may not remove the message from the recipient’s device;

  • copies may remain in system backups for a limited period;

  • messages subject to investigations may be retained;

  • legal preservation requirements may override deletion requests.

Deletion requests are subject to applicable law and operational requirements.

11.19 Safety Warnings

Find My Sponsor may display safety notices where communications appear to involve elevated risk.

Examples include:

  • requests for money outside the Platform;

  • requests for identity documents;

  • suspicious links;

  • repeated contact attempts;

  • potential impersonation;

  • interactions involving Minors.

Such warnings are preventative and do not necessarily indicate misconduct.

11.20 Emergency Situations

The Platform is not an emergency communication service.

Users should not rely on Platform messaging for:

  • medical emergencies;

  • police assistance;

  • urgent rescue;

  • disaster response;

  • immediate crisis intervention.

In an emergency, Users should contact the appropriate local emergency services.

11.21 Preservation of Evidence

Find My Sponsor may preserve communications where reasonably necessary to:

  • investigate fraud;

  • investigate safety incidents;

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • respond to lawful requests from authorities;

  • defend legal claims;

  • enforce these Terms.

Preserved records may be retained beyond normal deletion periods where permitted by law.

11.22 Reservation of Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • introduce new communication features;

  • restrict messaging functionality;

  • suspend messaging privileges;

  • require additional verification before communication;

  • limit messaging frequency;

  • apply anti-spam measures;

  • implement AI-assisted moderation;

  • remove communications that violate these Terms;

  • disable messaging where necessary to protect Users or the Platform.

Such measures may be implemented without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary to maintain safety, security or legal compliance.

ARTICLE 12

PAYMENTS, DIGITAL FEATURES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, PLATFORM FEES AND REFUNDS

12.1 Purpose

Find My Sponsor may offer paid Digital Features designed to improve the Platform experience.

Digital Features are optional unless expressly stated otherwise.

Examples include:

  • Verification

  • Posting Fees

  • Sponsor Pro

  • Boosts

  • Featured Listings

  • Premium AI Features

  • Additional Visibility

  • Future Marketplace Services

  • Sponsor Coins

  • Subscription Plans

Digital Features do not guarantee sponsorship success.

12.2 Current Platform Fees

At the Effective Date of these Terms, the Platform may charge:

or local currency equivalent.

Publishing a Need

USD 1.00

per published Need.

Publishing a Sponsorship Offer

Find My Sponsor may introduce a publication fee in the future.

Sponsorship Requests / Bids

USD 1.00

per Sponsorship Request submitted by a Sponsor.

Platform fees may vary by country due to:

  • taxes

  • exchange rates

  • app store pricing

  • local regulations

12.3 Purpose of Platform Fees

Platform fees help fund:

  • Identity Verification

  • Fraud Detection

  • AI Services

  • Trust Framework

  • Customer Support

  • Infrastructure

  • Moderation

  • Safety Systems

  • Platform Development

Fees are not donations.

12.4 Future Pricing

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to introduce:

  • profile customisation;

  • increased daily interaction limits;

  • priority customer support.

Benefits may change as the Platform evolves.

12.6 Boosts

Users may purchase temporary visibility enhancements (“Boosts”).

Boosts may increase visibility in:

  • Home Feed;

  • AI Recommendations;

  • Category Listings;

  • Search Results;

  • Swipe Discovery;

  • Featured Sections.

Boosts improve exposure only.

They do not guarantee:

  • sponsorship;

  • profile views;

  • responses;

  • successful matching;

  • successful funding.

12.7 Featured Content

Find My Sponsor may identify promoted content using labels such as:

  • Featured

  • Sponsored

  • Promoted

  • Priority

Users acknowledge that promoted content may receive greater visibility than non-promoted content.

Such visibility does not constitute an endorsement by Find My Sponsor.

12.8 Sponsor Coins

Find My Sponsor may introduce a virtual reward system known as Sponsor Coins.

Sponsor Coins may be earned through activities such as:

  • successful sponsorship;

  • community contributions;

  • promotional campaigns;

  • referrals;

  • platform achievements;

  • special events.

Sponsor Coins may be redeemed for eligible Platform benefits where supported.

12.9 Nature of Sponsor Coins

Sponsor Coins:

  • are virtual Platform credits;

  • have no cash value unless expressly stated;

  • are not electronic money;

  • are not bank deposits;

  • do not earn interest;

  • cannot normally be redeemed for cash;

  • may expire;

  • may be revoked in cases of fraud or abuse.

Sponsor Coins remain the property of Find My Sponsor until redeemed.

12.10 Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through:

  • Apple App Store;

  • Google Play Store;

  • RevenueCat;

  • future authorised payment providers.

Users acknowledge that payment processing is also subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider.

Find My Sponsor does not store complete payment card details.

12.11 Taxes

Prices displayed may:

  • include applicable taxes;

  • exclude applicable taxes;

  • include platform service charges;

  • vary according to local legal requirements.

Users remain responsible for taxes imposed under applicable law unless expressly stated otherwise.

12.12 Subscription Billing

Where recurring subscriptions are offered:

Users authorise recurring billing until:

  • cancelled by the User;

  • terminated by Find My Sponsor;

  • discontinued by the payment provider.

Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

12.13 Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through:

  • Apple App Store;

  • Google Play;

  • other authorised billing providers.

Cancellation prevents future renewals.

Cancellation generally does not refund charges already incurred.

12.14 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law,

Platform fees are generally non-refundable once the corresponding Digital Feature has been substantially provided.

Examples include:

  • Identity Verification initiated;

  • Need published;

  • Sponsorship Request submitted;

  • Boost activated;

  • Premium feature accessed.

12.15 Situations Eligible for Refund Review

Find My Sponsor may consider refunds where:

  • duplicate payment occurred;

  • technical failure prevented feature delivery;

  • billing error occurred;

  • payment was unauthorised;

  • applicable consumer protection law requires a refund.

Refund approval remains at the discretion of Find My Sponsor or the applicable payment provider where permitted by law.

12.16 Situations Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will generally not be provided solely because:

  • no Sponsor responded;

  • no Need matched;

  • AI recommendations did not meet expectations;

  • another User declined Sponsorship;

  • the User changed their mind;

  • the User deleted their Account after using the feature;

  • a post was removed for violating these Terms;

  • an Account was suspended due to misconduct.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights.

12.17 Failed Payments

Where payment cannot be successfully processed,

Find My Sponsor may:

  • suspend Digital Features;

  • retry payment;

  • restrict purchases;

  • suspend subscriptions;

  • require updated payment information.

12.18 Chargebacks

Users should contact Find My Sponsor before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • suspension of Digital Features;

  • Account restriction;

  • recovery of unpaid fees;

  • permanent Account termination in cases of repeated abuse.

This does not affect a User’s lawful right to dispute unauthorised transactions.

12.19 Promotional Credits

Find My Sponsor may issue:

  • promotional vouchers;

  • discount codes;

  • referral rewards;

  • marketing credits;

  • launch incentives.

Promotional credits:

  • may expire;

  • are non-transferable unless stated otherwise;

  • may be withdrawn where obtained through fraud.

12.20 Price Changes

Find My Sponsor may revise pricing from time to time.

Reasons include:

  • inflation;

  • operational costs;

  • regulatory changes;

  • new Platform features;

  • exchange rate fluctuations.

Where required by applicable law, reasonable notice will be provided before price changes affecting recurring subscriptions.

12.21 Future Marketplace Payments

If Find My Sponsor later introduces:

  • sponsorship payments;

  • escrow;

  • wallets;

  • transfers;

  • donations;

  • crowdfunding;

  • payout services;

additional terms will apply.

Users may be required to complete enhanced verification and comply with additional legal and regulatory requirements.

12.22 Fraud Prevention

Find My Sponsor may suspend or reject payments where fraud indicators are detected.

Fraud detection may include:

  • unusual purchase patterns;

  • payment abuse;

  • multiple failed transactions;

  • suspicious device activity;

  • identity inconsistencies;

  • chargeback history.

Investigations may delay access to Digital Features.

12.23 Reservation of Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • introduce new pricing models;

  • modify Digital Features;

  • retire subscriptions;

  • introduce additional premium services;

  • discontinue Sponsor Coins;

  • modify redemption rules;

  • suspend purchases for security reasons;

  • comply with legal and regulatory payment obligations.

Such changes will be implemented in accordance with applicable law.

12.24 Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Article excludes, limits or restricts any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Where local consumer protection legislation provides greater rights than these Terms, those statutory rights shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

ARTICLE 13

COMMUNITY STANDARDS, PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND ACCEPTABLE USE

13.1 Purpose

Find My Sponsor is committed to providing a safe, trustworthy and respectful platform for individuals, sponsors, organisations and communities.

Every User contributes to the quality of the Platform.

Accordingly, all Users agree to behave responsibly and to use the Platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

Failure to comply with this Article may result in moderation action, suspension or permanent termination of an Account.

13.2 General Principles

Users must:

  • act honestly;

  • act in good faith;

  • respect other Users;

  • comply with applicable laws;

  • protect the privacy of others;

  • avoid misleading conduct;

  • cooperate with moderation investigations;

  • contribute positively to the community.

13.3 Lawful Use

The Platform may only be used for lawful purposes.

Users must not use the Platform to facilitate or promote any activity that violates applicable laws in any relevant jurisdiction.

Where local laws conflict with Platform functionality, Users are responsible for complying with their local legal obligations.

13.4 Fraud and Deception

Users must not engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct.

Examples include:

  • creating fake emergencies;

  • inventing medical conditions;

  • impersonating another individual;

  • falsifying educational status;

  • submitting forged documents;

  • creating fake businesses;

  • pretending to represent charities;

  • creating fake sponsorship opportunities;

  • using AI-generated identities to deceive;

  • fabricating testimonials;

  • publishing fake Success Stories.

Fraud is considered one of the most serious violations of these Terms.

13.5 Identity Misrepresentation

Users must not:

  • impersonate another person;

  • impersonate a government agency;

  • impersonate a charity;

  • impersonate a university;

  • impersonate a company;

  • impersonate Platform staff;

  • create misleading Profiles;

  • falsely claim professional qualifications;

  • falsely claim sponsorship history.

13.6 Financial Misrepresentation

Users must never intentionally misrepresent:

  • financial hardship;

  • sponsorship requirements;

  • medical expenses;

  • tuition fees;

  • project costs;

  • charity fundraising;

  • business valuations;

  • product value.

Users remain solely responsible for statements made in their Needs and Offers.

13.7 Harassment and Abuse

The Platform has zero tolerance for harassment.

Users must not:

  • bully;

  • threaten;

  • intimidate;

  • insult;

  • shame;

  • repeatedly contact another User after being asked to stop;

  • encourage self-harm;

  • deliberately humiliate another User.

Respectful disagreement is permitted.

Personal attacks are not.

13.8 Hate Speech

Users must not publish or communicate content that promotes hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups based on characteristics including:

  • race;

  • ethnicity;

  • nationality;

  • religion;

  • disability;

  • age;

  • gender;

  • gender identity;

  • sexual orientation;

  • pregnancy;

  • marital status;

  • veteran status;

  • any other protected characteristic recognised by applicable law.

13.9 Violence

Users must not:

  • threaten violence;

  • glorify violence;

  • encourage assault;

  • organise violent activity;

  • publish graphic violent material except where reasonably necessary for legitimate reporting purposes.

13.10 Child Safety

Find My Sponsor maintains zero tolerance for any activity involving:

  • child exploitation;

  • child grooming;

  • child abuse;

  • child sexual abuse material;

  • solicitation of Minors;

  • trafficking;

  • exploitation of vulnerable persons.

Such activity may result in:

  • immediate Account termination;

  • preservation of evidence;

  • reporting to appropriate authorities where legally required or appropriate.

13.11 Sexual Content

Users must not use the Platform for:

  • adult entertainment;

  • escort services;

  • prostitution;

  • sexually explicit material;

  • pornography;

  • sexually suggestive sponsorship requests;

  • solicitation of intimate content.

The Platform is intended exclusively for legitimate sponsorship relationships.

13.12 Spam

Users must not:

  • repeatedly publish identical content;

  • send unsolicited bulk messages;

  • repeatedly invite Users without genuine interest;

  • manipulate engagement;

  • use automated messaging;

  • create artificial interactions.

Reasonable follow-up communications are permitted.

13.13 Commercial Advertising

Users must not use the Platform primarily to advertise:

  • unrelated businesses;

  • affiliate marketing;

  • pyramid schemes;

  • investment schemes;

  • cryptocurrency promotions;

  • MLM programmes;

  • gambling services;

  • unrelated products.

Business-related Offers are permitted only where consistent with Platform purposes.

13.14 Intellectual Property Infringement

Users must not upload content that infringes:

  • copyright;

  • trademarks;

  • patents;

  • trade secrets;

  • publicity rights;

  • privacy rights;

  • contractual rights of third parties.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights.

13.15 Dangerous Goods

Users must not use the Platform to facilitate sponsorship involving prohibited or regulated items including:

  • firearms;

  • explosives;

  • illegal drugs;

  • counterfeit goods;

  • stolen property;

  • hazardous chemicals;

  • illegal wildlife products;

  • controlled substances where prohibited by law.

13.16 Illegal Activities

The Platform must not be used to facilitate:

  • money laundering;

  • terrorist financing;

  • sanctions evasion;

  • bribery;

  • corruption;

  • tax evasion;

  • organised crime;

  • identity theft;

  • cybercrime;

  • phishing;

  • ransomware;

  • fraud.

13.17 Platform Manipulation

Users must not manipulate Platform systems including:

  • recommendation algorithms;

  • AI models;

  • Trust Score;

  • badges;

  • rankings;

  • engagement metrics;

  • reports;

  • reviews;

  • Profile Completeness.

Examples include:

  • coordinated fake engagement;

  • multiple Accounts;

  • purchased interactions;

  • automated scripts;

  • vote manipulation.

13.18 False Reporting

Users must not intentionally submit false reports for purposes including:

  • damaging another User;

  • removing legitimate competitors;

  • retaliating after rejection;

  • manipulating moderation.

Abuse of reporting systems may itself result in enforcement action.

13.19 Circumvention

Users must not attempt to circumvent Platform controls by:

  • creating replacement Accounts after suspension;

  • using VPNs to bypass lawful restrictions;

  • creating synthetic identities;

  • using emulators for abuse;

  • modifying client software;

  • bypassing payment systems;

  • bypassing verification requirements.

13.20 Reverse Engineering

Except where prohibited by law,

Users must not:

  • reverse engineer the Platform;

  • extract source code;

  • scrape Platform data at scale;

  • interfere with APIs;

  • perform security testing without written permission;

  • automate access through unauthorised bots.

13.21 AI Misuse

Users must not use Platform AI features to:

  • generate deceptive content;

  • impersonate individuals;

  • create misinformation;

  • manipulate sponsorship decisions;

  • produce abusive content;

  • automate harassment;

  • evade moderation.

13.22 External Links

Users may share external links only where:

  • relevant to a Sponsorship Arrangement;

  • lawful;

  • safe;

  • non-malicious.

Find My Sponsor may automatically block or warn against suspicious links.

13.23 Community Cooperation

Users are encouraged to contribute positively by:

  • reporting fraud;

  • assisting investigations where appropriate;

  • providing constructive feedback;

  • publishing genuine Success Stories;

  • supporting respectful discussions.

Community participation helps maintain Platform quality.

13.24 Good Faith Requirement

Users must exercise their rights under these Terms in good faith.

This includes:

  • submitting genuine Needs;

  • making genuine Offers;

  • participating honestly;

  • respecting moderation decisions while appeals are pending;

  • cooperating with reasonable requests from Find My Sponsor.

13.25 Consequences of Violations

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Find My Sponsor may take one or more of the following actions:

  • issue a warning;

  • require additional verification;

  • reduce content visibility;

  • remove content;

  • remove badges;

  • adjust Trust Framework indicators;

  • temporarily suspend features;

  • temporarily suspend the Account;

  • permanently terminate the Account;

  • preserve evidence;

  • report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.

Enforcement decisions will generally consider:

  • severity;

  • intent;

  • frequency;

  • impact on other Users;

  • previous violations;

  • cooperation during investigations.

13.26 Reservation of Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • update Community Standards;

  • introduce additional prohibited activities;

  • strengthen safety requirements;

  • modify enforcement procedures;

  • introduce category-specific rules;

  • implement additional fraud-prevention measures.

These changes may be implemented to protect Users, maintain Platform integrity and comply with applicable law.

ARTICLE 14

TRUST & SAFETY, REPORTING, INVESTIGATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT

14.1 Purpose

The safety of the Find My Sponsor community is one of the Platform’s highest priorities.

Find My Sponsor maintains a Trust & Safety Programme designed to:

  • protect Users;

  • reduce fraud;

  • discourage abuse;

  • safeguard minors and vulnerable persons;

  • maintain Platform integrity;

  • support fair moderation;

  • encourage responsible participation.

The Trust & Safety Programme forms part of the Platform’s Trust Framework.

14.2 Community Safety Principles

All Trust & Safety decisions are guided by the following principles:

  • Safety First

  • Fairness

  • Consistency

  • Proportionality

  • Transparency

  • Privacy

  • Good Faith

  • Due Process where appropriate

  • Continuous Improvement

Find My Sponsor seeks to balance the safety of the community with the rights of individual Users.

14.3 Reporting Concerns

Users are encouraged to report any activity that they reasonably believe may:

  • violate these Terms;

  • violate Community Guidelines;

  • involve fraud;

  • involve impersonation;

  • involve scams;

  • involve exploitation;

  • involve child safety concerns;

  • involve harassment;

  • involve hate speech;

  • involve illegal activity;

  • threaten the safety of another User.

Reports should be submitted honestly and in good faith.

14.4 What Can Be Reported

Users may report, among other things:

  • misleading requests;

  • fraudulent fundraising;

  • misleading sponsorships;

  • impossible offers;

Messages

  • harassment;

  • threats;

  • scams;

  • grooming;

  • spam.

Other Platform Activity

  • suspicious accounts;

  • security concerns;

  • inappropriate content;

  • policy violations.

14.5 How Reports May Be Submitted

Reports may be submitted through:

  • in-app reporting tools;

  • profile reporting;

  • post reporting;

  • message reporting;

  • customer support;

  • future web reporting portals.

Users should provide as much relevant information as reasonably possible.

14.6 Information Included in a Report

A report may include:

  • reason for reporting;

  • screenshots;

  • supporting documents;

  • conversation references;

  • profile references;

  • dates;

  • timestamps;

  • additional comments.

Submitting false evidence constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

14.7 Initial Assessment

Upon receiving a report, Find My Sponsor may perform an initial assessment to determine:

  • urgency;

  • potential harm;

  • credibility;

  • available evidence;

  • likelihood of policy violation;

Examples of high-priority reports include:

  • child exploitation;

  • credible threats of violence;

  • identity theft;

  • financial scams;

  • account compromise;

  • organised fraud;

  • terrorism-related activity;

  • human trafficking;

  • medical impersonation;

  • active phishing campaigns.

Lower-risk reports may be reviewed according to operational priorities.

14.9 Automated Detection

In addition to user reports, Find My Sponsor may proactively detect potential policy violations using automated systems.

These systems may identify:

  • spam;

  • fake accounts;

  • suspicious login behaviour;

  • repeated policy violations;

  • coordinated abuse;

  • manipulated images;

  • AI-generated identity fraud;

  • scam indicators.

Automated detection assists moderation but does not automatically determine final outcomes.

14.10 Investigations

Find My Sponsor may investigate suspected violations using information including:

  • user reports;

  • profile information;

  • public content;

  • messages where lawfully reviewable;

  • identity verification records;

  • moderation history;

  • audit logs;

  • device information;

  • security signals;

  • AI-generated risk indicators.

Investigations are conducted only to the extent reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.

14.11 Temporary Protective Measures

Where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect Users or the Platform, Find My Sponsor may temporarily:

  • hide content;

  • pause recommendations;

  • restrict messaging;

  • disable posting;

  • freeze Digital Features;

  • suspend an Account;

  • require additional verification.

Temporary measures are precautionary and do not necessarily indicate that a final policy violation has been established.

14.12 Evidence Preservation

Find My Sponsor may preserve relevant evidence where reasonably necessary for:

  • investigations;

  • appeals;

  • fraud prevention;

  • legal proceedings;

  • regulatory compliance;

  • law enforcement requests.

Evidence may include:

  • moderation records;

  • communication metadata;

  • uploaded content;

  • account history;

  • security logs.

Retention is subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14.13 Enforcement Actions

Where a violation is identified, Find My Sponsor may take one or more enforcement actions, including:

Educational Measures

  • safety reminders;

  • policy guidance;

  • warning notices.

Platform Restrictions

  • reduced visibility;

  • temporary feature restrictions;

  • posting limits;

  • messaging restrictions.

Content Actions

  • content removal;

  • image removal;

  • document removal;

  • profile edits where legally necessary.

Account Actions

  • temporary suspension;

  • permanent suspension;

  • account termination;

  • removal of verification badges;

  • adjustment of Trust Framework indicators.

Legal Actions

Where appropriate and permitted by law:

  • preservation of evidence;

  • referral to legal counsel;

  • reporting to competent authorities.

14.14 Proportional Enforcement

Find My Sponsor seeks to apply enforcement measures proportionate to the nature of the conduct.

Factors considered may include:

  • seriousness of the conduct;

  • potential harm;

  • intent;

  • previous violations;

  • cooperation during the investigation;

  • whether the conduct appears accidental, negligent or deliberate;

  • applicable legal obligations.

Repeated or egregious violations may result in immediate permanent suspension without prior warning where reasonably necessary.

14.15 Appeals

Where a User believes an enforcement action was taken in error, they may submit an appeal through the Platform or another approved channel.

An appeal should include:

  • the reason for the appeal;

  • any supporting evidence;

  • any relevant corrections or explanations.

Appeals are reviewed by authorised personnel and may include human review of automated decisions where appropriate.

Submission of an appeal does not suspend the original enforcement action unless Find My Sponsor decides otherwise.

14.16 Repeat Violations

Find My Sponsor may maintain an internal record of repeated policy violations.

Repeated misconduct may result in progressively stronger enforcement actions, including:

  • additional warnings;

  • longer suspensions;

  • permanent removal of Platform privileges.

The Company is not obligated to follow a fixed escalation sequence where immediate action is necessary to protect Users or comply with law.

14.17 Cooperation with Authorities

Where required or permitted by applicable law, Find My Sponsor may cooperate with:

  • law enforcement agencies;

  • regulatory authorities;

  • courts;

  • child protection agencies;

  • cybersecurity authorities;

  • other competent governmental bodies.

Such cooperation may include the disclosure of information in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

14.18 Emergency Situations

Where Find My Sponsor reasonably believes that there is an imminent risk of serious harm to an individual or the public, the Company may take immediate protective action, including:

  • restricting accounts;

  • preserving evidence;

  • notifying relevant authorities where legally justified;

  • implementing emergency safety measures.

These actions are intended solely to protect individuals and the integrity of the Platform.

14.19 Transparency

Find My Sponsor may publish aggregated and anonymised information about moderation activities, such as:

  • number of reports received;

  • categories of policy violations;

  • enforcement statistics;

  • appeal outcomes;

  • platform safety initiatives.

Such transparency reports will not disclose confidential personal information.

14.20 No Obligation to Monitor All Content

While Find My Sponsor employs automated systems, human moderators and community reporting to promote safety, the Company does not undertake a legal obligation to monitor every item of content or every user interaction.

The absence of moderation action in a particular case does not constitute approval, endorsement or verification of any User or Content.

14.21 Good Faith Participation

Users agree to cooperate in good faith with Trust & Safety processes by:

  • providing truthful information;

  • responding to reasonable requests;

  • respecting moderation decisions while appeals are pending;

  • refraining from retaliation against reporting Users.

14.22 Reservation of Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • improve Trust & Safety procedures;

  • introduce new moderation technologies;

  • refine enforcement processes;

  • strengthen fraud detection;

  • expand reporting mechanisms;

  • modify investigation procedures;

  • update enforcement practices,

provided that such changes remain consistent with applicable law and the overall objectives of protecting Users and maintaining Platform integrity.

ARTICLE 15

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, APPEALS AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE

15.1 Purpose

This Article explains the circumstances under which Find My Sponsor or a User may suspend, restrict, terminate or close an Account.

The purpose of these provisions is to:

  • protect the Platform;

  • protect Users;

  • maintain community trust;

  • enforce these Terms;

  • comply with legal obligations.

15.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may close their Account at any time through:

  • Account Settings;

  • Customer Support;

  • other methods approved by Find My Sponsor.

Closing an Account does not automatically remove all information immediately.

Data retention is governed by the Privacy Policy.

15.3 Effect of Account Closure

When an Account is closed by the User:

The User will generally lose access to:

  • Profile

  • Messages

  • Saved Searches

  • AI Recommendations

  • Premium Features

  • Sponsor Coins

  • Badges

  • Trust Score

  • Platform History

unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Some information may remain visible where necessary to preserve the integrity of completed Sponsorship Arrangements or Success Stories.

15.4 Temporary Suspension

Find My Sponsor may temporarily suspend an Account where reasonably necessary.

Examples include:

  • incomplete verification;

  • suspected fraud;

  • suspicious login activity;

  • policy investigation;

  • payment disputes;

  • repeated reports;

  • security concerns;

  • legal requests.

Temporary suspension is a precautionary measure.

It does not necessarily imply wrongdoing.

15.5 Restricted Accounts

Rather than suspending an entire Account,

Find My Sponsor may temporarily restrict specific Platform features.

Restrictions may include:

  • messaging;

  • publishing Needs;

  • publishing Offers;

  • commenting;

  • profile visibility;

  • AI recommendations;

  • sponsorship requests;

  • Premium Features.

Restrictions may remain until the underlying issue has been resolved.

15.6 Immediate Suspension

Find My Sponsor may immediately suspend an Account without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect:

  • Users;

  • Minors;

  • Platform security;

  • legal compliance;

  • Platform integrity.

Examples include:

  • identity theft;

  • serious fraud;

  • credible threats;

  • child exploitation;

  • malware distribution;

  • account compromise;

  • organised abuse.

15.7 Permanent Termination

Find My Sponsor may permanently terminate an Account where a User:

  • repeatedly violates these Terms;

  • commits serious fraud;

  • impersonates another individual;

  • exploits Minors;

  • conducts criminal activity through the Platform;

  • repeatedly circumvents Platform controls;

  • manipulates Trust Framework systems;

  • creates multiple fraudulent Accounts;

  • repeatedly abuses other Users;

  • seriously damages Platform integrity.

Permanent termination may occur without prior warning where reasonably justified.

15.8 Examples of Serious Violations

Examples include:

  • forged identity documents;

  • fake medical emergencies;

  • charity fraud;

  • money laundering;

  • organised scams;

  • phishing;

  • ransomware;

  • terrorism-related content;

  • child exploitation;

  • deliberate financial deception;

  • repeated impersonation.

This list is illustrative rather than exhaustive.

15.9 Platform Safety Overrides

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to prioritise community safety over continued access to the Platform.

Where immediate action is reasonably necessary,

the Company may:

  • disable Accounts;

  • remove Content;

  • preserve evidence;

  • notify authorities where appropriate;

  • disable Premium Features.

15.10 User Responsibilities During Suspension

During suspension,

Users must not:

  • create replacement Accounts;

  • attempt to bypass restrictions;

  • use another person’s Account;

  • automate access;

  • interfere with investigations.

Attempts to circumvent suspension constitute an independent breach of these Terms.

15.11 Appeals

Users may appeal certain enforcement decisions including:

  • suspension;

  • termination;

  • verification refusal;

  • badge removal;

  • Trust Framework adjustments;

  • content removal.

Appeals should be submitted through the Platform or another approved communication channel.

15.12 Appeal Process

An appeal should include:

  • explanation of the issue;

  • supporting evidence;

  • relevant documents;

  • any corrected information;

  • any additional context the User believes should be considered.

Find My Sponsor may request further information before completing its review.

15.13 Human Review

Where appropriate,

appeals may be reviewed by authorised personnel.

Human reviewers may:

  • confirm the original decision;

  • modify the decision;

  • reverse the decision;

  • request additional verification;

  • impose alternative measures.

Not all appeals will result in reversal.

15.14 No Guaranteed Reinstatement

Submission of an appeal does not guarantee:

  • reinstatement;

  • restoration of content;

  • restoration of badges;

  • restoration of Trust Score;

  • restoration of Premium Features.

Each appeal is assessed individually.

15.15 Reinstatement

Where an appeal is successful,

Find My Sponsor may:

  • restore Account access;

  • restore messaging;

  • restore Profile visibility;

  • restore removed Content where appropriate;

  • restore Premium Features where reasonably possible;

  • adjust Trust Framework indicators.

Some information or historical records may not be recoverable.

15.16 Effect on Subscriptions

Suspension or termination does not automatically:

  • cancel subscriptions;

  • create refund rights;

  • reverse completed purchases.

Subscription matters remain governed by Article 12 and the Subscription & Refund Policy.

Where termination results from serious misconduct, unused subscription periods are generally forfeited unless required otherwise by applicable law.

15.17 Effect on Sponsor Coins

Where Sponsor Coins exist,

Find My Sponsor may:

  • suspend their use;

  • remove improperly obtained Coins;

  • permanently revoke Coins obtained through fraud.

Lawfully earned Coins may expire in accordance with applicable Platform rules.

15.18 Effect on Existing Sponsorship Arrangements

Termination of an Account does not automatically cancel Sponsorship Arrangements already entered into between Users.

Participating Users remain responsible for fulfilling any lawful commitments they have voluntarily undertaken.

Find My Sponsor is not responsible for enforcing such arrangements.

15.19 Outstanding Obligations

Termination of an Account does not release either party from obligations that arose before termination.

Examples include:

  • payment obligations;

  • intellectual property licences;

  • confidentiality obligations;

  • dispute resolution obligations;

  • legal compliance;

  • fraud investigations.

15.20 Survival of Certain Rights

The following provisions survive termination where necessary:

  • Intellectual Property;

  • User Content Licence;

  • Privacy obligations;

  • Limitation of Liability;

  • Indemnity;

  • Dispute Resolution;

  • Governing Law;

  • Record Retention;

  • Fraud Investigations;

  • Legal Compliance.

15.21 Record Retention

Following suspension or termination,

Find My Sponsor may retain information including:

  • moderation history;

  • fraud indicators;

  • audit logs;

  • identity verification records;

  • communication metadata;

  • legal compliance records.

Retention occurs only for purposes permitted under applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

15.22 Notification

Where reasonably practicable,

Find My Sponsor may notify the User regarding:

  • suspension;

  • restriction;

  • termination;

  • appeal outcomes;

  • reinstatement decisions.

However,

notification may be delayed or omitted where doing so would:

  • compromise investigations;

  • endanger another User;

  • facilitate fraud;

  • violate applicable law;

  • interfere with law enforcement.

15.23 Reservation of Rights

Nothing in this Article limits Find My Sponsor’s right to take immediate action where reasonably necessary to:

  • protect Users;

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • preserve evidence;

  • maintain Platform integrity;

  • prevent fraud;

  • respond to cybersecurity incidents.

15.24 No Liability for Enforcement Decisions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law,

Find My Sponsor shall not be liable for losses arising solely from good-faith enforcement actions taken under these Terms, including:

  • content removal;

  • account suspension;

  • account termination;

  • temporary restrictions;

  • Trust Framework adjustments;

  • badge removal.

This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

ARTICLE 16

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

16.1 Purpose

This Article governs the ownership, use and protection of intellectual property associated with the Platform.

It also explains the respective rights of:

  • Find My Sponsor;

  • Users;

  • Third-Party Providers;

  • Content Owners.

The Platform is built using proprietary software, branding, artificial intelligence, databases and technology that are protected by intellectual property laws throughout the world.

16.2 Ownership of the Platform

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Find My Sponsor owns or lawfully licenses all rights, title and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • software;

  • mobile applications;

  • websites;

  • APIs;

  • databases;

  • source code;

  • object code;

  • AI models;

  • algorithms;

  • recommendation systems;

  • Trust Framework;

  • user interface designs;

  • graphics;

  • animations;

  • icons;

  • logos;

  • illustrations;

  • sounds;

  • videos;

  • documentation;

  • workflows;

  • business methods;

  • data structures;

  • platform architecture.

These rights are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.

16.3 Trademarks

The following are examples of intellectual property that may constitute trademarks, service marks or branding of Find My Sponsor:

  • Find My Sponsor

  • Company logos

  • Platform logos

  • Platform icons

  • Brand colours

  • Brand identity

  • Trust Framework

  • Sponsor Pro

  • Sponsor Coins

  • Verification Badge

  • Platform slogans

  • Future product names

Nothing in these Terms grants any User ownership of these marks.

Users must not use Find My Sponsor branding without prior written permission except where expressly permitted by the Platform.

16.4 Limited Licence to Users

Subject to continued compliance with these Terms,

Find My Sponsor grants Users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to:

  • install the mobile application;

  • access the Platform;

  • use available Platform features;

  • create and manage an Account;

  • publish lawful User Content;

  • communicate through the Platform.

This licence exists solely for personal use of the Platform.

No ownership rights are transferred.

16.5 Restrictions

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law,

Users must not:

  • copy the Platform;

  • modify Platform software;

  • reverse engineer Platform software;

  • decompile Platform software;

  • disassemble Platform software;

  • create derivative works;

  • scrape Platform content at scale;

  • copy databases;

  • reproduce Platform layouts;

  • duplicate AI models;

  • extract recommendation logic;

  • circumvent security mechanisms;

  • remove copyright notices.

16.6 User Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of intellectual property rights in the original content they lawfully create and upload.

Examples include:

  • profile photographs;

  • biographies;

  • Need descriptions;

  • Offer descriptions;

  • portfolios;

  • documents;

  • images;

  • videos;

  • Success Stories;

  • comments.

Ownership remains with the User unless otherwise agreed.

However, Users grant Find My Sponsor the licence described in Article 17 – User Content Licence.

16.7 Feedback

Users may voluntarily submit:

  • ideas;

  • feature requests;

  • bug reports;

  • product suggestions;

  • UI improvements;

  • AI recommendations;

  • workflow suggestions;

  • technical feedback.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all feedback is provided voluntarily and without expectation of compensation.

Find My Sponsor may use such feedback for any lawful business purpose, including developing, improving or commercialising the Platform, without any obligation to provide payment, attribution or further approval.

16.8 AI-Generated Content

Where the Platform assists Users by generating:

  • titles;

  • descriptions;

  • translations;

  • summaries;

  • recommendations;

  • suggested messages;

  • Success Story drafts;

  • negotiation suggestions;

the resulting content remains the responsibility of the User who chooses to publish it.

Find My Sponsor does not claim ownership of User-specific AI-generated outputs solely because AI assisted in their creation.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that published content:

  • is lawful;

  • is accurate;

  • does not infringe third-party rights;

  • complies with these Terms.

16.9 Open Source Software

The Platform may incorporate open-source software licensed under various open-source licences.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights granted under those applicable licences.

Where required,

Find My Sponsor will make applicable licence notices available.

16.10 Third-Party Intellectual Property

The Platform may display or integrate third-party intellectual property including:

  • authentication providers;

  • payment providers;

  • messaging providers;

  • operating system trademarks;

  • app store branding;

  • social network logos.

Such intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants any ownership or licence beyond what is necessary to use the Platform.

16.11 Copyright Notices

Users must not remove, obscure or alter:

  • copyright notices;

  • trademark notices;

  • licence notices;

  • proprietary legends;

  • branding;

  • attribution information.

16.12 Screenshots and Sharing

Users may share screenshots of publicly available Platform content for personal, educational or journalistic purposes, provided that:

  • such sharing is lawful;

  • it is not misleading;

  • it respects the privacy rights of others;

  • it does not imply endorsement by Find My Sponsor;

  • it complies with these Terms and applicable law.

Commercial exploitation of Platform content without permission is prohibited.

16.13 Copyright Complaints

Find My Sponsor respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorisation,

you may submit a copyright complaint containing:

  • identification of the copyrighted work;

  • identification of the allegedly infringing material;

  • sufficient information to locate the material;

  • your contact information;

  • a statement of good-faith belief;

  • a statement that the information provided is accurate.

Find My Sponsor may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material while the matter is investigated.

16.14 Counter-Notification

Where permitted by applicable law,

a User whose content has been removed due to an intellectual property complaint may submit a counter-notification.

The counter-notification should explain why the User believes the removal was incorrect and include any supporting information required by law.

Submission of a counter-notification does not guarantee restoration of the content.

16.15 Repeated Intellectual Property Violations

Find My Sponsor may suspend or terminate Accounts that repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

The Company may also restrict access to specific Platform features where necessary to prevent further infringement.

16.16 Reservation of Rights

Except for the limited licence expressly granted under these Terms,

all intellectual property rights remain reserved.

No provision of these Terms shall be interpreted as granting:

  • ownership;

  • assignment;

  • exclusive licence;

  • patent rights;

  • trademark rights;

  • commercial exploitation rights;

unless expressly stated in writing by Find My Sponsor.

16.17 Survival

The intellectual property provisions contained in this Article continue to apply after termination of an Account or these Terms to the extent necessary to protect the rights of Find My Sponsor, Users and third parties.

ARTICLE 17

USER CONTENT LICENCE

17.1 Ownership of User Content

Find My Sponsor respects the intellectual property rights of its Users.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, you retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the original content that you lawfully create and upload to the Platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Profile information;

  • Profile photographs;

  • Biographies;

  • Need posts;

  • Offer posts;

  • Success Stories;

  • Comments;

  • Messages;

  • Images;

  • Videos;

  • Documents;

  • Portfolios;

  • Audio recordings;

  • Creative works;

  • Business proposals;

  • Supporting evidence;

  • Any other original User Content.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your original content to Find My Sponsor.

17.2 Licence Granted to Find My Sponsor

In order to operate the Platform, you grant Find My Sponsor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence (to the extent reasonably necessary) to use your User Content for the purposes described in these Terms.

This licence permits Find My Sponsor to:

  • host;

  • store;

  • copy;

  • reproduce;

  • cache;

  • process;

  • index;

  • display;

  • publish;

  • transmit;

  • distribute;

  • translate;

  • localise;

  • resize;

  • crop;

  • optimise;

  • compress;

  • analyse;

  • moderate;

  • archive;

  • back up;

  • recommend;

  • rank;

  • personalise;

  • improve accessibility;

  • improve search functionality.

solely for operating, maintaining, securing, improving and promoting the Platform.

17.3 AI Processing Licence

Because Find My Sponsor incorporates Artificial Intelligence, you additionally authorise the Platform to process User Content for legitimate Platform purposes including:

Matching

  • Need recommendations;

  • Sponsor recommendations;

  • compatibility scoring;

  • recommendation generation.

Language Processing

  • translation;

  • grammar correction;

  • summarisation;

  • accessibility improvements.

Moderation

  • fraud detection;

  • scam detection;

  • policy compliance;

  • duplicate detection;

  • inappropriate content detection.

Trust Framework

  • Trust Score calculations;

  • Profile Completeness;

  • badge eligibility;

  • fraud indicators;

  • behavioural analysis.

Product Improvement

  • improving recommendation quality;

  • improving fraud prevention;

  • improving user experience;

  • improving search relevance;

  • improving Platform performance.

AI processing occurs in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

17.4 Public Content

Where you intentionally publish Content as public, you acknowledge that other Users may view that Content.

Examples include:

  • public Profiles;

  • public Needs;

  • public Offers;

  • Success Stories;

  • comments.

Public Content may also appear in:

  • search results;

  • category listings;

  • personalised recommendations;

  • AI-generated feeds;

  • promotional sections within the Platform.

17.5 Promotional Use

Find My Sponsor may use publicly available User Content to promote the Platform.

Examples include:

  • App Store screenshots;

  • marketing materials;

  • social media;

  • presentations;

  • demonstrations;

  • investor presentations;

  • website showcases.

Where reasonably practicable, the Company will:

  • respect your privacy settings;

  • avoid exposing sensitive personal information;

  • anonymise information where appropriate.

Users may opt out of certain promotional uses where the Platform provides such functionality or where required by applicable law.

17.6 Success Stories

Users who voluntarily publish Success Stories grant Find My Sponsor permission to:

  • display them;

  • feature them within the Platform;

  • recommend them;

  • include them in promotional campaigns;

  • translate them;

  • improve readability;

  • resize accompanying images.

Find My Sponsor will not materially alter the factual meaning of a Success Story without the User’s consent.

17.7 Profile Images

By uploading a profile photograph, you confirm that:

  • the image belongs to you or you have permission to use it;

  • you have the right to grant the licence described in this Article;

  • the image does not infringe third-party rights.

You grant Find My Sponsor permission to:

  • display;

  • resize;

  • crop;

  • optimise;

  • compress;

  • cache;

  • generate thumbnails;

  • use within recommendations.

solely for operation of the Platform.

17.8 Supporting Documents

Users may upload supporting documentation to improve credibility.

Examples include:

  • admission letters;

  • invoices;

  • quotations;

  • portfolios;

  • event proposals;

  • project documentation.

These documents remain private unless the User explicitly chooses to make them visible.

Find My Sponsor may process such documents for:

  • verification;

  • fraud prevention;

  • moderation;

  • AI-assisted document analysis;

  • customer support.

17.9 Messages

Messages exchanged through the Platform remain the responsibility of the participating Users.

However, Users grant Find My Sponsor permission to process messages where reasonably necessary for:

  • message delivery;

  • spam detection;

  • fraud detection;

  • translation;

  • abuse prevention;

  • Trust & Safety investigations;

  • legal compliance.

Find My Sponsor does not use private conversations for public marketing.

17.10 No Obligation to Publish

Find My Sponsor has no obligation to publish, continue displaying or maintain any User Content.

The Company may:

  • remove;

  • archive;

  • hide;

  • moderate;

  • restrict;

  • temporarily disable

17.12 Moral Rights

Where permitted by applicable law, you consent to Find My Sponsor making reasonable technical modifications to your Content for legitimate Platform purposes including:

  • resizing;

  • compression;

  • formatting;

  • translation;

  • accessibility improvements;

  • optimisation.

These modifications will not intentionally distort the overall meaning of your Content.

Nothing in this clause requires you to waive any non-waivable moral rights under applicable law.

17.13 Third-Party Content

Users must not upload content belonging to another person unless they have obtained all necessary permissions.

Examples include:

  • copyrighted photographs;

  • copyrighted videos;

  • commercial artwork;

  • music;

  • films;

  • books;

  • logos;

  • trademarks;

  • confidential documents.

Users are solely responsible for obtaining any required licences.

17.14 Licence Duration

The licence granted under this Article continues for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • operate the Platform;

  • maintain backups;

  • preserve audit records;

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • resolve disputes;

  • investigate fraud;

  • protect Platform integrity.

Where User Content is deleted, Find My Sponsor will cease active public use of that Content within a reasonable period, subject to:

  • technical limitations;

  • cached copies;

  • backups;

  • legal preservation requirements;

  • completed Success Stories;

  • ongoing investigations.

17.15 Account Deletion

Upon deletion of an Account:

  • public Profile information will generally no longer be visible;

  • public Needs and Offers may be removed or anonymised;

  • messages may remain visible to recipients;

  • moderation records may be retained;

  • audit logs may be retained;

  • legal preservation obligations continue where applicable.

Deletion of an Account does not automatically revoke the licence granted prior to deletion to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Article.

17.16 Internal Analytics

Find My Sponsor may use aggregated and anonymised User Content to:

  • improve Platform performance;

  • train recommendation systems;

  • measure engagement;

  • improve fraud detection;

  • improve search quality;

  • improve accessibility;

  • generate statistical insights.

Aggregated analytics will not intentionally identify individual Users.

17.17 Revocation of Licence

You may remove User Content from the Platform where functionality permits.

Revocation of the licence applies prospectively.

It does not affect:

  • lawful processing already undertaken;

  • backups;

  • legal obligations;

  • ongoing investigations;

  • historical moderation records;

  • anonymised statistical information.

17.18 Reservation of Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to introduce additional content processing features where:

  • they are consistent with these Terms;

  • Users are appropriately informed where required;

  • processing complies with applicable privacy laws.

Any material change to the purposes for which User Content is processed will be reflected in the Privacy Policy and, where required by law, communicated to Users.

17.19 Survival

The licences granted under this Article survive termination of these Terms only to the extent reasonably necessary to:

  • operate backups;

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • resolve disputes;

  • investigate fraud;

  • defend legal claims;

  • preserve historical Platform integrity.

No broader rights survive beyond what is reasonably necessary for these purposes.

ARTICLE 18

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, INTEGRATIONS AND EXTERNAL PLATFORMS

18.1 Purpose

To provide a secure, scalable and feature-rich experience, Find My Sponsor integrates with various third-party products and services.

These integrations help provide functionality including:

  • authentication;

  • subscriptions;

  • payment processing;

  • notifications;

  • analytics;

  • crash reporting;

  • security;

  • artificial intelligence;

  • infrastructure.

These third-party services are independent from Find My Sponsor and may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies and operational practices.

18.2 Nature of Third-Party Services

Certain Platform features rely upon third-party technology providers.

Examples include:

  • authentication providers;

  • app stores;

  • messaging providers;

  • subscription platforms;

  • payment gateways;

  • AI providers;

  • analytics services;

Find My Sponsor selects providers believed to be appropriate for the Platform but does not own or control those independent services.

18.3 Authentication Providers

The Platform supports authentication through authorised identity providers.

  • Google;

  • Apple;

  • Facebook;

  • other approved authentication providers.

When using these services:

  • authentication is subject to the provider’s own terms;

  • Find My Sponsor receives only information necessary to create and maintain your Account;

  • Find My Sponsor does not receive or store your third-party account password.

Users remain responsible for complying with the applicable terms of their chosen authentication provider.

18.4 Messaging Services

Messaging functionality may be provided using third-party communication technology.

Such services facilitate:

  • real-time messaging;

  • message delivery;

  • read status;

  • media transfer;

  • push notifications;

  • future voice and video communication.

Users acknowledge that message delivery may depend upon third-party infrastructure.

Find My Sponsor does not guarantee uninterrupted messaging availability.

18.5 Payment Services

Platform payments may be processed using authorised payment providers.

These services may facilitate:

  • subscription payments;

  • verification fees;

  • platform participation fees;

  • Boost purchases;

  • premium subscriptions;

  • future marketplace payments.

Payment information is processed in accordance with the applicable payment provider’s requirements.

Find My Sponsor does not store complete payment card details.

18.6 Mobile Application Stores

The Platform may be distributed through:

  • Apple App Store;

  • Google Play;

  • other authorised application marketplaces.

Users acknowledge that:

  • application stores operate independently;

  • purchases may also be governed by the store’s terms;

  • refunds for certain purchases may be administered by the application marketplace;

  • updates may be subject to marketplace approval processes.

18.7 Artificial Intelligence Providers

Certain AI-powered Platform features may utilise services provided by external AI technology providers.

Examples include:

  • verification reminders;

  • moderation notices;

  • promotional messages where permitted;

  • system announcements.

Users may control certain notification preferences through Platform settings or device settings.

Critical security notifications may continue to be delivered where reasonably necessary.

The Platform may operate using third-party infrastructure including:

  • security services;

Find My Sponsor selects providers using reasonable commercial judgment but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party infrastructure.

  • government websites;

  • sponsor websites;

  • external resources.

Find My Sponsor does not endorse or control external websites merely because they are accessible through the Platform.

Users access external resources at their own risk.

The Platform may display content supplied by third parties including:

  • sponsor logos;

  • educational institutions;

  • partner organisations;

  • publicly available information;

  • embedded content;

  • maps;

  • media.

Such content remains the property of its respective owners.

Find My Sponsor is not responsible for its accuracy unless expressly stated otherwise.

18.13 Availability

Third-party services may occasionally experience:

  • outages;

  • maintenance;

  • delays;

  • degraded performance;

  • feature changes;

  • API modifications.

Find My Sponsor is not responsible for interruptions arising solely from failures of independent third-party providers.

18.14 Changes to Third-Party Providers

Find My Sponsor may replace, add or discontinue third-party providers where reasonably necessary to:

  • improve performance;

  • improve reliability;

  • reduce costs;

  • comply with law;

  • improve user experience.

Users acknowledge that Platform functionality may evolve as integrations change.

Use of certain Platform features may also require compliance with third-party agreements.

Where applicable,

Users agree to comply with the relevant third-party terms in addition to these Terms.

unless expressly stated by Find My Sponsor.

Find My Sponsor cannot guarantee the independent security practices of third-party organisations.

18.18 Privacy

Information shared with third-party providers is governed by:

  • these Terms;

  • the Privacy Policy;

  • applicable law.

Where required,

Find My Sponsor will obtain appropriate consent before sharing personal information with third-party providers.

18.19 Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law,

Find My Sponsor is not responsible for losses arising solely from:

  • failures of third-party authentication services;

  • payment provider outages;

  • messaging provider interruptions;

  • application marketplace issues;

  • internet service interruptions;

  • third-party software defects.

This limitation does not apply where Find My Sponsor is directly responsible under applicable law.

In the event of inconsistency, the Privacy Policy shall govern matters relating specifically to the processing of Personal Data, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Find My Sponsor is committed to processing Personal Data in accordance with the following principles:

Some information required for Platform operation cannot be hidden.

During Sponsorship discussions, Users may exchange confidential or sensitive information.

Users agree that they will not disclose another User’s confidential information without permission except where:

  • disclosure is required by law;

  • disclosure is necessary to report unlawful activity;

  • disclosure is necessary to protect health or safety;

  • the information is already publicly available through lawful means.

Users are solely responsible for information they voluntarily disclose to other Users.

19.7 User Responsibility for Shared Information

Users should exercise caution before sharing:

  • identity documents;

  • financial information;

  • banking information;

  • passwords;

  • one-time passwords (OTPs);

  • residential addresses;

  • confidential business information;

  • medical records.

Find My Sponsor recommends sharing only information reasonably necessary to complete a Sponsorship Arrangement.

19.8 Identity Verification Information

Identity Verification information is treated as highly sensitive.

Such information is processed solely for purposes including:

  • identity verification;

  • fraud prevention;

  • Trust Framework operations;

  • legal compliance;

  • security investigations.

Identity documents are not publicly displayed to other Users.

19.9 Communications Privacy

Private messages exchanged through the Platform are intended for the participating Users.

However, Find My Sponsor may access communications where reasonably necessary to:

  • investigate reports;

  • detect fraud;

  • protect Users;

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • enforce these Terms;

  • respond to lawful requests.

Access is limited to authorised personnel or authorised automated systems where appropriate.

19.10 AI Processing

Artificial Intelligence may process Personal Data for purposes including:

  • recommendation generation;

  • translation;

  • moderation assistance;

  • fraud detection;

  • accessibility improvements;

  • Trust Framework calculations.

AI processing is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Users acknowledge that certain AI processing is necessary for core Platform functionality.

Find My Sponsor analyses Platform usage to improve:

  • usability;

  • performance;

  • accessibility;

  • fraud detection;

Find My Sponsor implements reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect Personal Data against:

  • accidental disclosure;

  • unlawful destruction;

  • alteration;

  • loss;

  • misuse.

Examples may include:

  • encryption;

  • secure authentication;

  • access controls;

  • audit logging;

  • monitoring;

No security system is completely immune from risk.

Accordingly, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

19.13 International Processing

As the Platform expands globally, Personal Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside a User’s country of residence.

19.14 Data Retention

Personal Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

Following Account deletion, Personal Data will generally be scheduled for deletion within approximately thirty (30) days, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, legal compliance or ongoing investigations.

Subject to applicable law, Users may have rights including:

These obligations continue after a Sponsorship Arrangement ends where required by law or agreement.

19.18 Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

It provides additional information regarding:

  • categories of Personal Data;

  • lawful bases for processing;

  • cookies and similar technologies;

  • data retention schedules;

  • user rights;

Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy regularly.

  • respond to evolving cybersecurity risks.

Material changes affecting the processing of Personal Data will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.

19.20 Survival

The confidentiality and privacy obligations contained in this Article survive termination of an Account to the extent necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law;

  • protect Personal Data;

  • preserve confidential information;

  • resolve disputes;

  • investigate fraud;

  • enforce these Terms.

ARTICLE 20

PLATFORM AVAILABILITY, MAINTENANCE, SECURITY AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY

20.1 Purpose

Find My Sponsor is committed to providing a secure, reliable and continuously improving Platform.

This Article explains:

  • Platform availability;

  • maintenance activities;

  • software updates;

  • security practices;

  • service interruptions;

  • disaster recovery;

  • business continuity;

  • Platform changes.

Although Find My Sponsor strives to provide a highly available service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

20.2 Platform Availability

Find My Sponsor aims to make the Platform available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.

However, availability may occasionally be affected by:

  • scheduled maintenance;

  • emergency maintenance;

  • infrastructure failures;

  • internet outages;

  • third-party service interruptions;

  • cyberattacks;

  • force majeure events;

  • software defects.

Availability targets are operational objectives and do not constitute contractual guarantees unless expressly stated in a separate written Service Level Agreement (SLA).

20.3 Scheduled Maintenance

Find My Sponsor may perform scheduled maintenance to:

  • improve Platform performance;

  • deploy new features;

  • install security updates;

  • improve reliability;

  • upgrade infrastructure;

Where reasonably practicable, scheduled maintenance will be performed during periods of lower Platform activity.

Advance notice may be provided for maintenance expected to materially affect Platform availability.

Find My Sponsor may undertake emergency maintenance without prior notice where reasonably necessary to:

  • address critical security vulnerabilities;

  • respond to cyber incidents;

  • prevent data loss;

  • restore Platform functionality;

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • protect Users.

Emergency maintenance may temporarily restrict access to some or all Platform features.

20.5 Software Updates

The Platform is continuously improved.

Find My Sponsor may release updates including:

  • bug fixes;

  • performance improvements;

  • security patches;

  • AI model updates;

  • user interface enhancements;

  • accessibility improvements;

  • new features;

  • feature deprecations.

Users are encouraged to install the latest version of the application to ensure continued compatibility and security.

20.6 Feature Changes

As the Platform evolves, Find My Sponsor may:

  • introduce new features;

  • modify existing features;

  • retire obsolete features;

  • replace technologies;

  • redesign user interfaces;

  • improve workflows.

Feature changes are part of the normal evolution of the Platform and do not necessarily constitute a material change to these Terms.

Find My Sponsor implements reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect the Platform.

  • encryption;

  • authentication controls;

  • access controls;

  • intrusion detection;

  • vulnerability management;

  • security monitoring;

  • audit logging;

  • backup systems;

  • disaster recovery planning;

  • AI-assisted fraud detection.

Security practices are regularly reviewed and may evolve as technology and threats change.

20.8 User Security Responsibilities

Users play an important role in maintaining Platform security.

Users should:

  • protect authentication credentials;

  • secure their devices;

  • keep operating systems updated;

  • install Platform updates promptly;

  • avoid sharing login credentials;

  • enable available security features such as biometric authentication.

Failure to follow reasonable security practices may increase the risk of unauthorised access.

20.9 Compatibility

Find My Sponsor aims to support current versions of major mobile operating systems and web browsers.

However, compatibility with:

  • outdated devices;

  • unsupported operating systems;

  • modified devices;

  • jailbroken or rooted devices;

  • unsupported browsers;

cannot be guaranteed.

Some features may require minimum hardware or software versions.

Platform availability may depend upon independent third-party services including:

  • authentication providers;

  • messaging services;

  • payment services;

  • push notification services;

  • cloud infrastructure;

  • internet service providers;

Recovery objectives depend on the nature of the incident and available technical resources.

No specific recovery time or recovery point objective is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

20.13 Backups

Find My Sponsor may perform regular backups of Platform systems and data.

Backups are intended to support:

  • disaster recovery;

  • fraud investigations;

  • legal compliance;

  • operational resilience.

Backups are not intended as a user-accessible archival service.

Users remain responsible for maintaining their own copies of important information where appropriate.

20.14 Beta Features

From time to time, Find My Sponsor may make beta, preview or experimental features available.

Such features may:

  • change significantly;

  • contain defects;

  • be incomplete;

  • be withdrawn without notice.

Users access beta features voluntarily and acknowledge that they may not perform as reliably as general availability features.

20.15 Suspension of Services

Find My Sponsor may temporarily suspend all or part of the Platform where reasonably necessary to:

  • maintain security;

  • perform maintenance;

  • investigate incidents;

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • protect Users;

  • address operational emergencies.

Where practicable, service will be restored as soon as reasonably possible.

20.16 No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

While Find My Sponsor uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, the Company does not warrant that the Platform will:

  • operate continuously;

  • be uninterrupted;

  • be error-free;

  • be free from delays;

  • be free from security incidents;

  • meet every User’s specific requirements.

Temporary interruptions do not, by themselves, constitute a breach of these Terms.

20.17 Incident Response

Where significant security or operational incidents occur, Find My Sponsor may:

  • investigate the incident;

  • isolate affected systems;

  • notify Users where required by law;

  • implement temporary restrictions;

  • deploy corrective measures;

  • cooperate with relevant authorities where appropriate.

The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of significant incidents.

20.18 Force Majeure Events

Platform availability may be affected by events beyond the reasonable control of Find My Sponsor, including:

  • natural disasters;

  • war;

  • civil unrest;

  • terrorism;

  • pandemics;

  • widespread cyberattacks;

  • internet failures;

  • power failures;

  • governmental actions;

  • labour disputes.

Find My Sponsor shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting solely from such events, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20.19 Reservation of Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • redesign the Platform;

  • replace technologies;

  • migrate infrastructure;

  • improve security;

  • improve scalability;

  • improve reliability;

  • retire legacy systems;

  • introduce new operational practices.

The operational rights contained in this Article survive termination of these Terms where reasonably necessary to:

  • complete maintenance activities;

  • preserve backups;

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • investigate incidents;

  • maintain Platform security.

ARTICLE 21

DISCLAIMERS AND NO WARRANTIES

21.1 Purpose

This Article explains the scope of the Platform Services and the limitations of the warranties provided by Find My Sponsor.

Find My Sponsor strives to provide a reliable, secure and high-quality Platform.

However, because the Platform facilitates interactions between independent Users and relies upon technology, artificial intelligence and third-party services, certain risks cannot be eliminated.

Accordingly, the Platform is provided subject to the disclaimers set out in this Article.

21.2 Platform Nature

Find My Sponsor provides a technology platform that enables:

  • discovery;

  • introductions;

  • communication;

  • sponsorship opportunities;

  • profile management;

  • recommendations;

  • AI-assisted features.

Find My Sponsor is not:

  • a bank;

  • a payment institution;

  • a charity;

  • a crowdfunding platform (unless separately introduced);

  • a financial adviser;

  • an investment adviser;

  • a legal adviser;

  • an accounting firm;

  • a recruitment agency;

  • an educational institution;

  • a healthcare provider.

The Platform merely facilitates interactions between independent Users.

21.3 No Guarantee of Sponsorship

Find My Sponsor does not guarantee that any User will:

  • receive sponsorship;

  • obtain funding;

  • secure donations;

  • receive mentoring;

  • receive equipment;

  • receive employment;

  • receive investment;

  • obtain any particular outcome.

Likewise,

Sponsors are not guaranteed:

  • suitable candidates;

  • qualified applicants;

  • successful projects;

  • positive outcomes;

  • return on sponsorship.

21.4 No Guarantee Regarding Users

Although Find My Sponsor operates verification, moderation and Trust Framework systems,

the Company does not warrant that every User is:

  • genuine;

  • trustworthy;

  • financially capable;

  • legally compliant;

  • truthful;

  • suitable for sponsorship.

Users remain responsible for conducting their own independent assessment before entering into any Sponsorship Arrangement.

21.5 Trust Framework Disclaimer

Trust Scores,

Badges,

Verification Status,

Profile Completeness,

AI Recommendations,

Community Reputation,

and other Trust Framework indicators are informational tools only.

They are not:

  • guarantees;

  • certifications;

  • endorsements;

  • insurance;

  • warranties;

  • legal opinions;

  • background checks;

  • financial assessments.

Users should not rely solely upon these indicators.

21.6 Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are intended to assist Users.

AI outputs may include:

  • recommendations;

  • translations;

  • summaries;

  • writing assistance;

  • moderation suggestions;

  • compatibility estimates.

Artificial Intelligence may occasionally produce:

  • inaccurate information;

  • incomplete information;

  • misleading information;

  • biased information;

  • outdated information.

Users remain responsible for exercising independent judgment.

21.7 User Content Disclaimer

User Content is created entirely by independent Users.

Find My Sponsor does not routinely verify:

  • Need descriptions;

  • Offer descriptions;

  • biographies;

  • sponsorship claims;

  • supporting documentation;

  • Success Stories;

  • comments;

  • reviews.

Accordingly,

Find My Sponsor makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of User Content.

21.8 Third-Party Disclaimer

Platform functionality depends upon independent third-party providers.

Examples include:

  • authentication providers;

  • payment providers;

  • messaging providers;

  • analytics providers;

  • application stores;

  • AI providers;

  • cloud infrastructure.

Find My Sponsor is not responsible for interruptions, failures or changes affecting independent third-party services.

21.9 Availability Disclaimer

While Find My Sponsor uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability,

the Company does not warrant that the Platform will:

  • always be available;

  • operate without interruption;

  • be error-free;

  • be compatible with every device;

  • meet every User’s expectations.

Temporary interruptions may occur.

21.10 Security Disclaimer

Find My Sponsor implements reasonable security measures.

However,

no online platform can guarantee absolute security.

Accordingly,

Find My Sponsor cannot warrant that the Platform will always be free from:

  • cyberattacks;

  • malware;

  • phishing;

  • data breaches;

  • unauthorised access;

  • denial-of-service attacks.

Users share responsibility for maintaining the security of their own devices and credentials.

21.11 External Websites

The Platform may contain links to external websites.

Find My Sponsor:

  • does not control those websites;

  • does not guarantee their accuracy;

  • does not endorse their content;

  • is not responsible for their privacy practices.

Users access external websites entirely at their own risk.

21.12 No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

  • legal advice;

  • financial advice;

  • tax advice;

  • accounting advice;

  • investment advice;

  • medical advice;

  • educational advice;

  • employment advice.

Users should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

21.13 No Warranty Regarding Identity Verification

Identity Verification is intended to improve Platform trust.

However,

verification does not guarantee:

  • honesty;

  • future behaviour;

  • financial capability;

  • legal compliance;

  • safety;

  • authenticity of future conduct.

Verification confirms only the matters actually verified at the relevant time.

21.14 No Warranty Regarding Sponsorship Outcomes

Find My Sponsor does not guarantee:

  • successful negotiations;

  • successful sponsorship completion;

  • project success;

  • educational success;

  • business success;

  • charitable outcomes;

  • personal outcomes.

The success of any Sponsorship Arrangement depends entirely upon the participating Users.

21.15 Beta Features

Beta,

Preview,

Experimental,

or Early Access features are provided “as available.”

Such features may:

  • change;

  • malfunction;

  • contain defects;

  • be withdrawn;

  • operate differently than expected.

Users access such features voluntarily.

21.16 “As Is” and “As Available”

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law,

the Platform,

Digital Features,

AI Services,

Trust Framework,

recommendation systems,

and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms,

Find My Sponsor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of:

  • merchantability;

  • satisfactory quality;

  • fitness for a particular purpose;

  • non-infringement;

  • uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in this clause excludes any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21.17 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer protection legislation provides greater protection,

those statutory protections shall prevail.

21.18 Reservation of Rights

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • improve the Platform;

  • modify features;

  • discontinue services;

  • replace technologies;

  • change AI models;

  • update Trust Framework indicators;

  • redesign Platform functionality;

without creating any warranty that previous functionality will remain unchanged.

21.19 Survival

The disclaimers contained in this Article survive termination of these Terms to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

ARTICLE 22

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

22.1 Purpose

This Article allocates the risks associated with the use of the Platform between Find My Sponsor and its Users.

Find My Sponsor provides a technology platform that facilitates introductions, communications and sponsorship opportunities between independent Users.

Because Users ultimately control their own decisions and interactions, Find My Sponsor cannot assume responsibility for all outcomes arising from Platform use.

Nothing in this Article excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

22.2 Platform Role

Find My Sponsor acts solely as the operator of a technology platform.

Except where expressly stated,

Find My Sponsor is not:

  • a party to Sponsorship Arrangements;

  • an employer;

  • an employment agency;

  • an escrow provider;

  • a payment intermediary;

  • a guarantor;

  • a trustee;

  • an insurer;

  • a financial institution;

  • a charity administrator.

Users enter into Sponsorship Arrangements entirely at their own discretion and risk.

22.3 User Decisions

Users remain solely responsible for decisions including:

  • choosing Sponsors;

  • choosing Seekers;

  • negotiating sponsorship terms;

  • sharing personal information;

  • meeting other Users;

  • transferring goods;

  • transferring services;

  • making payments outside the Platform;

  • relying upon User Content.

Find My Sponsor shall not be liable for consequences arising from such independent decisions.

22.4 Third-Party Conduct

Find My Sponsor is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties, including:

  • Users;

  • Sponsors;

  • Seekers;

  • organisations;

  • educational institutions;

  • charities;

  • payment providers;

  • authentication providers;

  • messaging providers;

  • cloud providers;

  • AI providers;

  • internet service providers.

Users acknowledge that Find My Sponsor cannot control the future conduct of independent persons or organisations.

22.5 User Content

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law,

Find My Sponsor is not responsible for losses arising from reliance upon:

  • Need descriptions;

  • Offer descriptions;

  • Success Stories;

  • comments;

  • reviews;

  • messages;

  • uploaded documents;

  • profile information;

  • other User Content.

Users should independently verify important information before relying upon it.

22.6 Sponsorship Arrangements

Find My Sponsor shall not be liable for disputes relating to:

  • sponsorship agreements;

  • promised funding;

  • mentoring arrangements;

  • delivery of products;

  • delivery of services;

  • project completion;

  • educational outcomes;

  • business outcomes;

  • charitable outcomes.

Responsibility rests solely with the participating Users.

22.7 AI Services

Artificial Intelligence assists Users but does not replace independent judgment.

Accordingly,

Find My Sponsor shall not be liable for losses arising from reliance upon:

  • AI recommendations;

  • AI translations;

  • AI summaries;

  • AI-generated text;

  • AI compatibility estimates;

  • AI moderation suggestions.

Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before acting upon them.

22.8 Trust Framework

Trust Framework indicators,

including:

  • Trust Score;

  • Verification Status;

  • Profile Completeness;

  • Badges;

  • AI Recommendations;

  • Community Reputation,

are informational tools only.

Find My Sponsor shall not be liable for decisions made solely in reliance upon these indicators.

22.9 Service Availability

Find My Sponsor shall not be liable for temporary interruptions resulting from:

  • scheduled maintenance;

  • emergency maintenance;

  • software updates;

  • infrastructure failures;

  • internet outages;

  • third-party failures;

  • cyberattacks;

  • force majeure events.

The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore services as soon as reasonably practicable.

22.10 Data Loss

While Find My Sponsor implements backup and security measures,

the Company does not guarantee that Platform data will never be:

  • lost;

  • corrupted;

  • delayed;

  • duplicated;

  • inaccessible.

Users should retain independent copies of information that is important to them.

22.11 Security Incidents

Find My Sponsor implements commercially reasonable security measures.

However,

the Company shall not be liable for losses arising solely from criminal acts by third parties including:

  • hacking;

  • phishing;

  • credential theft;

  • malware;

  • ransomware;

  • denial-of-service attacks;

provided that Find My Sponsor has complied with its applicable legal obligations regarding security.

22.12 Third-Party Services

Find My Sponsor shall not be liable for failures caused solely by independent third-party services including:

  • authentication providers;

  • messaging providers;

  • payment processors;

  • application stores;

  • analytics services;

  • internet providers;

  • mobile operating systems.

Claims relating solely to those services should be directed to the relevant provider.

22.13 External Websites

Find My Sponsor shall not be liable for losses arising from:

  • external websites;

  • third-party links;

  • external advertisements;

  • third-party content;

  • external downloads.

Users access such resources at their own risk.

22.14 Types of Loss Excluded

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law,

Find My Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of:

  • profits;

  • revenue;

  • business opportunities;

  • contracts;

  • goodwill;

  • reputation;

  • anticipated savings;

  • data (except where liability cannot legally be excluded);

  • opportunities;

  • future sponsorships.

This exclusion does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

22.15 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law,

the aggregate liability of Find My Sponsor arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:

  • the total amount paid by the User to Find My Sponsor during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

  • USD 100 (or the equivalent amount in local currency).

This limitation does not apply where a higher level of liability is required by applicable law.

22.16 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by Find My Sponsor;

  • wilful misconduct by Find My Sponsor;

  • any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

22.17 User Responsibility to Mitigate Loss

Users agree to take reasonable steps to minimise any loss they may suffer.

This includes:

  • promptly reporting security incidents;

  • protecting account credentials;

  • using available security features;

  • independently verifying important information;

  • maintaining copies of important documents;

  • seeking appropriate professional advice where necessary.

22.18 Time Limit for Claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law,

any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform should be commenced within one (1) year after the User became aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the facts giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where a longer period is required by mandatory law.

22.19 Basis of the Agreement

The Users acknowledge that:

  • the pricing of Digital Features;

  • Platform Participation Fees;

  • subscription fees;

  • Premium Services;

has been established in reliance upon the limitations of liability contained in these Terms.

These limitations form an essential part of the contractual allocation of risk between the parties.

22.20 Severability of Liability Provisions

If any limitation contained in this Article is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law,

the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted.

The invalid provision shall be interpreted, where possible, in a manner that most closely reflects its original commercial purpose.

22.21 Reservation of Rights

Nothing in this Article prevents Find My Sponsor from exercising any rights or remedies available under:

  • these Terms;

  • applicable law;

  • equity;

  • court orders;

  • regulatory requirements.

22.22 Survival

The limitations and exclusions contained in this Article survive:

  • termination of an Account;

  • termination of these Terms;

  • discontinuation of the Platform;

to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

ARTICLE 23

INDEMNIFICATION

23.1 Purpose

This Article explains the circumstances in which a User agrees to protect and compensate Find My Sponsor for losses arising from the User’s own conduct.

The purpose of this Article is to allocate responsibility fairly where losses arise because a User has:

  • breached these Terms;

  • violated applicable law;

  • infringed another person’s rights; or

  • misused the Platform.

Nothing in this Article requires a User to indemnify Find My Sponsor for losses arising solely from Find My Sponsor’s own negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23.2 User Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Find My Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, consultants and authorised representatives from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • your use of the Platform;

  • your breach of these Terms;

  • your violation of applicable law;

  • your User Content;

  • your interactions with other Users;

  • your Sponsorship Arrangements;

  • your negligent or wrongful conduct.

23.3 Breach of Terms

You agree to indemnify Find My Sponsor where losses arise because you have materially breached these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • creating fraudulent Accounts;

  • submitting forged documents;

  • bypassing identity verification;

  • abusing Platform features;

  • manipulating Trust Framework indicators;

  • abusing AI functionality;

  • repeated policy violations;

  • circumventing Platform restrictions.

23.4 Fraudulent Activity

Users remain fully responsible for fraudulent conduct carried out through their Account.

Examples include:

  • fake sponsorship requests;

  • fake emergency appeals;

  • charity fraud;

  • impersonation;

  • forged documents;

  • payment fraud;

  • account farming;

  • scam campaigns.

Where such conduct causes Find My Sponsor to suffer losses, regulatory action or third-party claims, the responsible User agrees to indemnify the Company.

23.5 Intellectual Property Claims

You agree to indemnify Find My Sponsor against claims arising from User Content that:

  • infringes copyright;

  • infringes trademarks;

  • infringes patents;

  • infringes trade secrets;

  • infringes publicity rights;

  • infringes privacy rights;

  • breaches confidentiality obligations.

This includes claims alleging that your uploaded material was used without appropriate permission.

23.6 User Content

You remain solely responsible for all User Content you publish.

If claims arise because your User Content:

  • is false;

  • defamatory;

  • misleading;

  • unlawful;

  • fraudulent;

  • infringes another person’s rights;

you agree to indemnify Find My Sponsor against resulting losses to the extent permitted by law.

23.7 Sponsorship Arrangements

Find My Sponsor is not a party to Sponsorship Arrangements.

Accordingly,

Users agree to indemnify Find My Sponsor against claims arising solely from disputes between Users relating to:

  • promised sponsorship;

  • project delivery;

  • mentoring;

  • educational sponsorship;

  • product sponsorship;

  • service sponsorship;

  • business sponsorship;

  • charitable support.

This clause does not apply where Find My Sponsor itself has directly caused the relevant loss.

23.8 Regulatory Violations

Users agree to indemnify Find My Sponsor for losses arising from the User’s failure to comply with applicable laws including those relating to:

  • fraud;

  • sanctions;

  • anti-money laundering;

  • anti-corruption;

  • taxation;

  • export controls;

  • consumer protection;

  • intellectual property;

  • privacy;

  • cybersecurity.

23.9 Illegal Activities

Users shall indemnify Find My Sponsor against claims arising from their involvement in unlawful activities including:

  • identity theft;

  • phishing;

  • malware;

  • ransomware;

  • organised fraud;

  • terrorist financing;

  • human trafficking;

  • child exploitation;

  • unlawful fundraising;

  • financial crime.

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to cooperate with competent authorities regarding such activities.

23.10 Misuse of AI

Users agree to indemnify Find My Sponsor for claims arising from misuse of AI features including:

  • creating deceptive content;

  • impersonating others;

  • generating fraudulent materials;

  • manipulating recommendation systems;

  • producing unlawful content;

  • circumventing moderation systems.

23.11 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Where losses arise because the User:

  • intentionally shared credentials;

  • failed to protect credentials;

  • ignored reasonable security precautions;

  • permitted unauthorised use of the Account,

the User agrees to indemnify Find My Sponsor for resulting third-party claims attributable to that failure.

This clause does not apply where the compromise resulted solely from a security failure for which Find My Sponsor is legally responsible.

23.12 False Reports

Users agree to indemnify Find My Sponsor where losses arise because they knowingly submit:

  • malicious reports;

  • fabricated evidence;

  • false complaints;

  • fraudulent legal notices;

  • abusive intellectual property claims.

23.13 Investigation Costs

Where a User’s conduct reasonably requires significant investigation,

Find My Sponsor may recover reasonable costs directly attributable to:

  • fraud investigations;

  • cybersecurity investigations;

  • forensic analysis;

  • legal proceedings;

  • regulatory responses;

to the extent permitted by applicable law and where such costs arise from the User’s unlawful or wrongful conduct.

23.14 Notification of Claims

Where reasonably practicable,

Find My Sponsor will notify the User if an indemnity claim arises.

Notification may include:

  • summary of the claim;

  • available supporting information;

  • expected cooperation requirements.

Notification may be delayed where immediate disclosure would:

  • compromise an investigation;

  • violate legal obligations;

  • prejudice legal proceedings;

  • endanger another individual.

23.15 Cooperation

Users agree to cooperate reasonably in relation to claims covered by this Article.

Such cooperation may include:

  • providing information;

  • preserving evidence;

  • responding to reasonable enquiries;

  • participating in investigations;

  • assisting legal proceedings where appropriate.

23.16 Settlement of Claims

Find My Sponsor may settle claims covered by this Article where the Company reasonably believes settlement is appropriate.

Where a settlement requires the User to admit liability or assume ongoing obligations,

Find My Sponsor will, where reasonably practicable, consult the User before agreeing to such settlement.

23.17 Limitation

The indemnity obligations contained in this Article apply only to the extent that the relevant claim results from:

  • the User’s acts or omissions;

  • the User’s breach of these Terms;

  • the User’s unlawful conduct;

  • the User’s negligence;

  • the User’s intentional misconduct.

Users are not required to indemnify Find My Sponsor for losses arising solely from Find My Sponsor’s own negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.

23.18 Survival

The obligations contained in this Article survive:

  • Account suspension;

  • Account termination;

  • deletion of User Content;

  • termination of these Terms;

to the extent reasonably necessary to resolve claims arising before or after termination.

23.19 Reservation of Rights

Nothing in this Article limits Find My Sponsor’s right to:

  • seek damages;

  • seek injunctive relief;

  • recover costs;

  • preserve evidence;

  • cooperate with authorities;

  • enforce any other rights available under these Terms or applicable law.

23.20 Consumer Protection

Where you are using the Platform as a consumer,

nothing in this Article excludes or limits any statutory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Any indemnity obligation shall be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer protection legislation.

ARTICLE 24

DISPUTE RESOLUTION, COMPLAINTS AND LEGAL PROCESS

24.1 Purpose

Find My Sponsor is committed to resolving disputes fairly, efficiently and in good faith.

The Company encourages Users to raise concerns promptly so that issues may be resolved quickly without unnecessary legal proceedings.

This Article establishes the procedures governing complaints, disputes and legal claims arising from the Platform or these Terms.

Nothing in this Article limits any mandatory legal rights available under applicable law.

24.2 Good Faith Resolution

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, both Find My Sponsor and the User agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.

The parties should:

  • communicate respectfully;

  • exchange relevant information;

  • consider reasonable solutions;

  • cooperate to resolve misunderstandings.

Many disputes can be resolved without litigation.

24.3 Customer Support

Users experiencing issues should first contact Find My Sponsor through the official customer support channels.

Support requests may relate to:

  • account issues;

  • verification;

  • payments;

  • subscriptions;

  • sponsorship disputes;

  • moderation;

  • Trust Framework;

  • technical issues;

  • privacy concerns.

Customer Support will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond within a reasonable time.

24.4 Complaints Procedure

Where a User wishes to make a formal complaint,

the complaint should include:

  • User name;

  • registered email address;

  • description of the issue;

  • relevant dates;

  • supporting documents where available;

  • preferred resolution.

Providing complete information helps facilitate efficient investigation.

24.5 Internal Investigation

Find My Sponsor may investigate complaints by reviewing:

  • Platform records;

  • moderation history;

  • account activity;

  • communications where lawfully reviewable;

  • payment information;

  • verification records;

  • audit logs;

  • other relevant evidence.

Investigations will be conducted only to the extent reasonably necessary.

24.6 Cooperation

Users agree to cooperate reasonably during investigations.

This may include:

  • answering questions;

  • providing documents;

  • correcting inaccurate information;

  • responding to requests for clarification.

Failure to cooperate may affect Find My Sponsor’s ability to investigate or resolve the complaint.

24.7 User-to-User Disputes

Find My Sponsor is not a party to Sponsorship Arrangements between Users.

Accordingly,

Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly with one another whenever reasonably possible.

Examples include disputes concerning:

  • sponsorship commitments;

  • project delivery;

  • mentoring;

  • equipment;

  • educational sponsorship;

  • services.

Where appropriate,

Find My Sponsor may provide reasonable assistance by:

  • preserving Platform records;

  • reviewing reports;

  • facilitating communication;

  • enforcing Platform policies.

Find My Sponsor does not act as a court, arbitrator or mediator unless it expressly agrees to do so.

24.8 Mediation

Before commencing litigation,

the parties are encouraged to consider mediation where appropriate.

Mediation may help resolve disputes involving:

  • sponsorship misunderstandings;

  • account issues;

  • moderation decisions;

  • commercial disagreements.

Participation in mediation is voluntary unless otherwise required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

24.9 Legal Proceedings

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion or other informal means,

either party may commence legal proceedings in accordance with:

  • applicable law;

  • Article 25 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction);

  • any mandatory consumer protection legislation.

24.10 Injunctive Relief

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where reasonably necessary to:

  • protect intellectual property;

  • prevent fraud;

  • prevent misuse of confidential information;

  • protect Platform security;

  • prevent unlawful conduct.

Such relief may be sought without first completing informal dispute resolution where immediate action is reasonably necessary.

24.11 Evidence

The parties acknowledge that electronic records may constitute evidence.

Examples include:

  • audit logs;

  • login history;

  • moderation history;

  • account records;

  • Platform messages;

  • payment records;

  • verification records;

  • AI moderation logs;

  • security logs.

Electronic records maintained in the ordinary course of business may be relied upon as evidence, subject to applicable rules of evidence and law.

24.12 Limitation Period

Claims arising from these Terms should be brought within the applicable limitation period prescribed by governing law.

Where these Terms specify a shorter contractual period, that shorter period shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory limitation period that cannot lawfully be reduced.

24.13 Legal Costs

Unless otherwise ordered by a competent court or required by applicable law,

each party shall bear its own legal costs associated with resolving disputes.

Where a court awards legal costs,

such costs shall be determined in accordance with applicable procedural law.

24.14 Class or Representative Proceedings

Where permitted by applicable law,

disputes should be resolved on an individual basis.

Nothing in this clause limits any collective, representative or class action rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

24.15 Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Article:

  • limits statutory consumer rights;

  • prevents complaints to consumer protection authorities;

  • prevents complaints to regulators;

  • restricts mandatory dispute resolution rights available under applicable law.

Users remain entitled to exercise rights granted by mandatory legislation.

24.16 Regulatory Complaints

Nothing prevents Users from reporting matters to:

  • consumer protection agencies;

  • privacy regulators;

  • cybersecurity authorities;

  • law enforcement agencies;

  • courts;

  • other competent governmental authorities,

where permitted or required by law.

24.17 Confidentiality of Settlement Discussions

To the extent permitted by applicable law,

good-faith settlement discussions conducted for the purpose of resolving disputes should remain confidential unless:

  • disclosure is required by law;

  • disclosure is necessary to enforce a settlement;

  • both parties agree otherwise.

24.18 Continued Performance

Where reasonably practicable,

the parties should continue performing their respective obligations under these Terms while a dispute is being resolved.

This does not require either party to continue performance where:

  • immediate suspension is necessary for safety;

  • fraud is suspected;

  • continued performance would be unlawful;

  • the Platform has been lawfully terminated.

24.19 Reservation of Rights

Nothing in this Article limits Find My Sponsor’s right to:

  • enforce these Terms;

  • suspend Accounts;

  • preserve evidence;

  • seek injunctive relief;

  • cooperate with authorities;

  • protect Platform security;

  • pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.

24.20 Survival

This Article survives:

  • termination of an Account;

  • deletion of User Content;

  • termination of these Terms;

to the extent reasonably necessary to resolve disputes arising from events occurring before or after termination.

ARTICLE 25

GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

25.1 Purpose

This Article explains which laws govern these Terms and how legal disputes are determined.

Find My Sponsor is incorporated in Malaysia and intends to provide services globally, beginning with Southeast Asia.

Accordingly, this Article seeks to provide legal certainty while respecting mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in other jurisdictions.

25.2 Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law,

these Terms,

the Privacy Policy,

and any dispute arising out of or relating to:

  • the Platform;

  • Platform Services;

  • User Accounts;

  • Sponsorship Arrangements facilitated through the Platform;

  • Digital Features;

  • AI Services;

  • Trust Framework;

  • these Terms;

shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

25.3 Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms deprives Users of any mandatory rights or protections available under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where mandatory legislation provides greater protection than these Terms,

those statutory protections shall prevail to the extent required by applicable law.

25.4 Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws,

the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.

However,

Find My Sponsor may also commence proceedings in another jurisdiction where reasonably necessary to:

  • protect intellectual property;

  • recover debts;

  • enforce judgments;

  • prevent fraud;

  • preserve evidence;

  • protect Platform security;

  • comply with applicable law.

25.5 International Users

Users accessing the Platform from outside Malaysia acknowledge that:

  • they do so voluntarily;

  • they remain responsible for complying with local laws;

  • Platform availability may vary by jurisdiction;

  • certain features may not be available in every country.

Find My Sponsor does not represent that the Platform is lawful for use in every jurisdiction.

25.6 Regulatory Compliance

Find My Sponsor may take any action reasonably necessary to comply with:

  • court orders;

  • governmental directives;

  • regulatory investigations;

  • lawful requests from competent authorities;

  • sanctions obligations;

  • cybersecurity obligations;

  • anti-money laundering requirements;

  • consumer protection laws;

  • privacy legislation.

Compliance with such obligations shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

25.7 Export Controls and Sanctions

Users agree not to use the Platform in violation of applicable:

  • export control laws;

  • trade restrictions;

  • sanctions regulations;

  • embargoes.

Users represent that they are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws.

Find My Sponsor reserves the right to restrict access where required to comply with applicable sanctions or export control obligations.

25.8 Language

These Terms are prepared in English.

Find My Sponsor may provide translations into other languages for convenience.

In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions and the English version,

the English version shall prevail unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

25.9 Electronic Communications

Users consent to receiving legally significant communications electronically, including:

  • account notices;

  • security alerts;

  • moderation decisions;

  • payment confirmations;

  • subscription notices;

  • privacy notices;

  • updates to these Terms.

Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, where permitted by applicable law.

25.10 Cross-Border Enforcement

Where permitted by applicable law,

Find My Sponsor may enforce its rights in any jurisdiction in which:

  • the User resides;

  • assets are located;

  • business is conducted;

  • unlawful activity occurred;

  • relevant evidence exists.

Nothing in this clause limits the jurisdiction of courts that are required to hear disputes under mandatory law.

25.11 Severability Across Jurisdictions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction,

that provision shall be modified or interpreted only to the extent necessary for compliance within that jurisdiction.

The remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

25.12 Survival

This Article survives:

  • Account termination;

  • Platform discontinuation;

  • expiration of these Terms;

to the extent necessary to resolve disputes arising before or after termination.

25.13 Reservation of Rights

Nothing in this Article limits Find My Sponsor’s ability to:

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • cooperate with competent authorities;

  • protect its intellectual property;

  • protect Platform users;

  • enforce these Terms;

  • pursue remedies available under applicable law.

25.14 Interpretation

These Terms shall be interpreted:

  • in good faith;

  • consistently with applicable law;

  • in a manner that promotes Platform safety, fairness and integrity.

Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

25.15 Entire Jurisdiction Agreement

This Article constitutes the complete agreement between the parties regarding governing law and jurisdiction, subject always to any mandatory statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

ARTICLE 26

GENERAL PROVISIONS

26.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with:

  • the Privacy Policy;

  • Community Guidelines;

  • Subscription & Refund Policy;

  • any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference;

  • any feature-specific terms published by Find My Sponsor;

constitute the entire agreement between Find My Sponsor and the User regarding the Platform.

They supersede all previous:

  • discussions;

  • proposals;

  • understandings;

  • communications;

  • agreements;

whether written or oral, relating to the Platform.

26.2 Amendments

Find My Sponsor may amend these Terms from time to time to:

  • comply with applicable law;

  • improve Platform functionality;

  • introduce new features;

  • enhance security;

  • improve user experience;

  • respond to technological developments;

  • clarify existing provisions.

Where changes materially affect Users’ rights or obligations, Find My Sponsor will provide reasonable notice through appropriate channels, including:

  • in-app notifications;

  • email;

  • Platform announcements;

  • website updates.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms, unless applicable law requires a different process.

26.3 Electronic Acceptance

By:

  • creating an Account;

  • clicking “Accept”;

  • signing in using an authorised authentication provider;

  • purchasing Digital Features;

  • continuing to use the Platform after these Terms become effective;

you acknowledge that:

  • you have read these Terms;

  • you understand these Terms;

  • you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature where permitted by applicable law.

26.4 Assignment

Find My Sponsor may assign, transfer or novate its rights or obligations under these Terms:

  • as part of a corporate restructuring;

  • following a merger;

  • following an acquisition;

  • during a sale of business assets;

  • to an affiliated company;

  • where otherwise permitted by law.

Such assignment shall not materially reduce Users’ statutory rights.

Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Find My Sponsor.

26.5 Relationship of the Parties

Nothing in these Terms creates:

  • employment;

  • partnership;

  • joint venture;

  • agency;

  • franchise;

  • fiduciary relationship;

  • trust relationship.

Each User acts independently.

Sponsors and Seekers remain independent parties responsible for their own decisions and arrangements.

26.6 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

Except where expressly stated,

these Terms create rights and obligations only between:

  • Find My Sponsor; and

  • the User.

No other individual or organisation acquires rights under these Terms solely by virtue of this Agreement.

This clause does not limit rights that third parties may have under mandatory applicable law.

26.7 No Waiver

Failure by Find My Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute:

  • a waiver;

  • abandonment;

  • permanent relinquishment

of any right.

Any waiver must be:

  • in writing; and

  • expressly authorised by Find My Sponsor.

A waiver of one breach does not constitute a waiver of any future breach.

26.8 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be:

  • invalid;

  • unlawful;

  • unenforceable;

that provision shall be modified or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

If modification is not possible,

the affected provision shall be severed,

and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

26.9 Headings

Headings and titles are included solely for convenience.

They do not:

  • affect interpretation;

  • expand rights;

  • limit obligations.

26.10 Interpretation

Unless the context requires otherwise:

  • singular includes plural;

  • plural includes singular;

  • one gender includes all genders;

  • “including” means “including without limitation”;

  • references to legislation include amendments and replacements.

References to Articles refer to Articles within these Terms unless otherwise stated.

26.11 Notices

Find My Sponsor may provide notices by:

  • email;

  • in-app notifications;

  • push notifications;

  • Platform announcements;

  • website publication;

  • other electronic means permitted by applicable law.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.

A notice is deemed received when it is:

  • delivered electronically;

  • made available within the Platform;

  • published where these Terms permit such publication.

26.12 User Contact Information

Users agree to:

  • maintain a valid email address;

  • maintain accurate profile information;

  • promptly update significant account changes;

  • notify Find My Sponsor of suspected unauthorised access.

Failure to maintain accurate contact information may affect the Company’s ability to provide important notices.

26.13 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters;

  • war;

  • terrorism;

  • civil unrest;

  • pandemics;

  • widespread internet failures;

  • power outages;

  • government actions;

  • labour disputes;

  • large-scale cyber incidents.

This clause does not excuse payment obligations that arose before the Force Majeure event unless required by applicable law.

26.14 Survival

The following provisions survive termination where reasonably necessary:

  • Intellectual Property;

  • User Content Licence;

  • Privacy obligations;

  • Confidentiality;

  • Disclaimers;

  • Limitation of Liability;

  • Indemnification;

  • Dispute Resolution;

  • Governing Law;

  • Record Retention;

  • Fraud Investigations;

  • any provision which by its nature is intended to survive termination.

26.15 Compliance with Law

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory applicable law,

the mandatory law shall prevail only to the extent of the inconsistency.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

26.16 Changes to the Platform

Find My Sponsor continually evolves its services.

Accordingly, the Company may:

  • introduce new features;

  • discontinue features;

  • redesign workflows;

  • improve artificial intelligence capabilities;

  • expand internationally;

  • integrate additional third-party services;

  • improve Trust Framework components.

Such changes do not automatically amend these Terms unless the legal rights or obligations of Users are materially affected.

26.17 Contact Details

Questions regarding these Terms may be directed to Find My Sponsor using the contact information published within the Platform or on the official website.

The Company may update its contact information from time to time without requiring amendment of these Terms.

26.18 Effective Date

These Terms become effective on the Effective Date specified by Find My Sponsor.

They remain in force until replaced or withdrawn.

26.19 Version History

Find My Sponsor may maintain a version history identifying:

  • version number;

  • publication date;

  • effective date;

  • summary of material changes.

Previous versions may be retained for legal, regulatory or historical purposes.

26.20 Final Acknowledgement

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

  • you have read these Terms;

  • you understand these Terms;

  • you agree to comply with these Terms;

  • you understand your rights and responsibilities;

  • you understand the Platform’s role as a technology marketplace connecting independent Sponsors and Seekers.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

26.21 Reservation of Rights

Except as expressly stated in these Terms,

Find My Sponsor reserves all rights not expressly granted to Users.

No implied licences or rights are granted by silence, usage or course of dealing.

26.22 Execution

These Terms may be accepted electronically and may exist in multiple electronic formats.

Electronic records maintained by Find My Sponsor relating to acceptance of these Terms may be relied upon as evidence of acceptance, subject to applicable law.
