Child Safety Standards

These published standards apply to the Find My Sponsor app and website, operated by NonPlus Sdn Bhd. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every profile, Need, Offer, message and other user contribution.

What is prohibited

Find My Sponsor does not allow:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including sharing, requesting or linking to it.
• Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion or trafficking involving a minor.
• Using the platform to arrange, encourage or facilitate sexual exploitation or abuse of a child.

People must be at least 16 to create or use an account. The age rule does not limit our prohibition on harm to any child.

How to report a concern

In the app, use the report control on the relevant profile, post or chat. You can also email fmssupport@nonplus.my with “Child safety report” in the subject. Include a profile or post link, relevant dates and a brief description where possible. Do not attach or forward suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

How we respond

We review reports and may remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information and report to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate under applicable law. We do not permit the creation, upload or distribution of CSAM on the platform.
