Do I have to verify my identity?
Verification is optional. Members who complete an approved MyKad or passport and selfie check receive a verified badge. A badge does not guarantee a person or a sponsorship.
When can someone message me?
A private chat opens only when the recipient accepts an expression of interest. You can report or block someone in the app.
Does money go through Find My Sponsor?
No. People arrange money or item support directly with each other. The app does not hold or transfer sponsorship payments.
What does it cost?
Sponsors are free for now. Seekers can browse free; a monthly subscription unlocks posting a Need and expressing interest in an Offer. Check the app for the current price before subscribing.
How do referrals work?
A friend gets 14 free days when they redeem your code. You receive one free month after that friend makes their first paid purchase.
Which languages are available?
The current app interface supports English, Malay and Chinese. This website is currently in English.
