Delete Your Find My Sponsor Account

You can permanently delete your account at any time. Here's how, and what happens to your data.

Inside the app

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

Can't access your account?

Email us at fmssupport@nonplus.my. Please include the email address used to register.

When your account is deleted, we remove:

  • Profile
  • Needs
  • Offers
  • Messages
  • Preferences
  • Notifications

Some information may be retained for up to 30 days, or longer if required by applicable law for fraud prevention, financial records, or legal compliance.
